The one thing going for this place is the location and the ambiance. The coffee and the staff were below par. Coffee was bad and people were rude. Good spot to sit down and people watch.

every day I usually come to the cc’s Coffee shop to get a piece of lunch on break but nonetheless today about 1 o’clock one of your very own employees came through the door, screaming and hollering at one of the other employees then even got behind the counter still yelling I feel that is very unprofessional

Ever day for 23 years l have my coffe with 2 shots expresso and parfait, every body is wonderful, but Kim is superb, l love came every morning to see her smile, the only complaint is why seniors don’t have the 10% in the food, l don’t think is a big difference for Ccs, and special when you Spend 300 to 400 every month , also l notice the coffe got improve, thank you

Walking around in the morning and came across CC's coffee was a blessing as I got a ice mocha with extra chocolate and a extra shot caffeine was delicious and a ham and Swiss breakfast sandwich, as we stopped here every morning as we walked around the French Quarter . Will definitely come back in the future.

Latte was a bit weak but okay. They are very busy AM, I think it is a few spots nearby that are a Coffeehouse, not a cafe, especially service. The staff is awfully grumpy to a level of poor mannered to non locals. They are short staffed, so it moves slow but tbf there only 2 running the place. If you need caffeine nearby, I recommend it as it has seating, but if you are looking for good latte and hospitality, I think it is equal to the local chain.
