Cute decorations but it’s usually packed in the morning so if you’re in the rush you should order through the app or get there asap , there are many homeless sit inside and some guys was standing outside was mad cause I just offered him a coffee not money for his cigarettes . A lady who name is Mia kind of rude, she wasn’t greeted when I get my order and kind of distracted at the register, later she was showing some attitude when I were asking to use the bathroom and noticed that I had paid for my coffee.

Will admit we mostly hit this place as often as we did due to proximity to our hotel. This is located in a very convenient spot in the Quarter. The coffee was pretty good, nothing to get too excited about. The king cake cake bites though were awesome- usually not a fan of cake pops as they are too sweet but this was great. So good pastries. Service wasn't super fast but for how busy they were it was respectable. Bathrooms always have a long line.

They just cannot make coffee. No matter what, they cannot make you a coffee. I don't know how else to say this. I tried them three times on different days, and they don't know how to make a coffee. Last time I ordered a hot latte, and it was barely lukewarm. I was the only customer in there. The middle-aged barista started making it, and then half-way she decided to give up, and to mop the floors, though it was nowhere near closing time (at 4 pm, on January 8, 2024). After she mopped and swept the floors, I had to ask her if she could still make me the latte. She continued making it. It was mostly milk, and very little coffee. Once again I will say this - they cannot make coffee here.

Batistas are rude. I was yelled at when attempting to ask a question. The barista responded with an answer not relevant to the question I was going to ask. I felt like a child being yelled at by my parents- then realized how awful for even a child to be treated that way! I left and would never recommend.
