Prices are totally unacceptable…5$ after taxes for a croissant or baguette.
Croissant small and not golden cooked.
Baguettes are soft and not the traditional crusty French baguette…

I literally just left this bakery, 1/30/25. My experience was horrible. As I am in line waiting to place my order, a white foreign man decides to slide in and break me in line. I had been waiting patiently for at least 10 mins. So clearly, I am confused by his decision to break in front of me. I continue to wait until we both got to the register to order. While he was rushing to get his order out before me, I politely told the lady at the register that this man jumped me in line. Of course she apologize but continues to serve him before me. Wrong decision!!!! No one made an effort to make this right. The man was so rude. It was obvious that he knew he was doing the wrong thing. He constantly lied and stated he was already in line. The lady should have told him to step to the side and place my order. How is it okay to serve him before me? I have been to this bakery several times before. While the service has never been excellent, I now know where this company stands. I WILL NOT be returning!!! This incidence was absolutely unfortunate. I wish the customer service was better. Hopefully, their workers get more training on fairness and kindness. This company's workers lack empathy. Its not worth your time to go here. You will be treated unfairly!

Highly recommend this bakery. Not to be missed. A real New Orleans treat! The pastries, quiches and breads are superb. The owners and staff go beyond the call of duty to be kind and courteous to the customers, and to deliver the best French pastries at very reasonable prices!

Celtica has fast become our new favorite breakfast place. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and prices are reasonable. The vibe is a pleasant mixture depending on the time of visit but mostly very friendly mixture of gen x and millennials. The only hang up i have is the available seating, this place needs more seating as it is gaining popularity quickly.

Very impressive Cafe and we were in and out in no time. All the food looks great and tastes great. This place def has the feel of what Boulangerie used to be. I will certainly return.

People don’t like companies that do dirty business and mistreat employees. Just because someone quits does not give you the right to play with their livelihoods especially when they have children. I hope karma comes back 10 fold and also, learn how to use correct grammar. Also, NEWSFLASH, parents don’t always have the luxury of staying at work when they have children even though they have to make money to feed them. Children have needs. It is called being a parent. Whoever is managing this bakery needs a reality check. Someone quitting isn’t ’abandoning their job’ and it DOES NOT give you the right to play games with their check. PSA: it does not take 2 weeks for you to send someone a check in the mail so what exactly is your excuse as to why they have gone 2 weeks without being paid. I hope the state comes down on your business for violating employee rights and you DID violate employee rights.

Great pastry shop. The bread is good. The Napoleon pastries are among the best I have tasted.

Went around 9am Sunday morning. I got a peach danish and a croissant. Both were delicious. Laminated very well. The danish wasn't sweet, which I appreciate, just the natural flavor. I'd go back!

This place is amazing! I put myself on a tour of all the French bakeries in the area, and Celtica won easily! The opera cake and the tarts are amazing! And I was transported when I took my first bite of the spinach quiche. Love it!
