One of my favorite places to eat at in New Orleans. Everything we ordered was perfect. We ordered Fried fish smothered in a tomato sauce with savory cheesy grits and red beans and rice and fried chicken. Everything tasted amazing.the service was great. Staff was friendly,helpful, and timely! You have to go if you want some great food!

Do not let the appearance fool you. The food here is absolutely delicious. Shrimp and grits were perfect or chicken and waffles do not forget about $2 breakfast before 10am.

Visiting NOLA on our cross country vacation. My mom read about this place and wanted to visit. Me the skeptic, was not feeling it. Well, turns out, it was hands down, by far the best chicken we have eaten while traveling through the south. My mom who puts salt on everything, did not once pick up the salt shaker...chicken was well seasoned, nice and crispy (melts in your mouth) and was Freaking Delicious. Yams, were not as good as moms, however, they were the best I have tasted in any restaurant. Staff was nice and attentive. Never had to ask for a refill on drinks. All and all, just a great dining experience. Will definitely come back when I visit again.
