Drive through for app users is lacking. The drive through lane for app users doesn't have a pull up window like the non app lane does. An employee had to walk my order out to me. I get in online app line before opening and I first in line. The other lane besides me is lining up with cars. Once they open, all the cars in the non app line pull up to the window to get their order. Once the line is completely cleared, two more cars show up to drive through and get their order while I'm in the app line and waiting for someone to bring out my order. My order is eventually brought out, but it is at risk and peril of the worker who has to walk across the drive through line to bring me my order. I like using the app because it usually is more efficient, insures order accuracy, and I earn points for each order. But this particular location is not app friendly.

Not a friendly staff to say it's a Chick-fil-A. Food is only so so EVERYTIME. I only go there because it's the closest to my job.
