The service was good as always and the food was good as well but the downside is that there is no inside to the facility and you have to sit outside and in Louisiana the humidity is so bad that you can't even think about if the food is good or not because you're steadily sweating so it kind of ruins the experience so I'm hoping in the future they come up with some solution to better facilitate their customers that don't want to eat in their car or go home and eat but want to enjoy that dying out experience

In town for work, just swung by before work...leave it to New Orleans to put their mark on Chick-fil-A. The voice through the speaker in the drive through had a classic accent. Awesome! Only down side was that with only 3 cars at the drive through, it was pretty slow.

This is by far the slowest Chick-fil-A drive-thru I’ve ever been to, both in and out of state. Usually, when Chick-fil-A has a long line, there’s a bit of a wait?, but this was unbelievable.

Had chicken minis with hair on them. Hair was all in the box. I called to speak with someone but had to leave a message. No one responded

I come to this Chickfila all the time and have always recieved great service but today they went above and beyond. I had been having a horrible morning complete with a panic attack and decided i'd get myself something to eat and drink as a comfort. Well when I arrived and scanned the qr code, an employee helped me realize that I had ordered from a Chickfila on the Westbank and not this one. A small error on my part but it was the straw that broke the camel's back. I proceeded to break down in tears but one employee (my reciept say his name was Mal and I hope he is the same person who took care of me) went above and beyond. He helped me cancel my order at the other location, brought me my food faster than lightning, and wished me a better day. Words can't describe how much that meant to me. I will forever be returning to y'all location! P.S. i'm so sorry you had to see me cry.
