I don't know what it is about South louisiana fast food. It's just all terrible, mcdonalds, wendys burger King, you name it. You know It's bad when you can add chic Fila to the list, I had to stop getting their tea, it's always sour. This time I get home and there's no salad dressing in the bag, now I have to run to rouses. I thought chic fil a was like the #1 fast food place, until I came to South Louisiana. The one on manahatten is just as bad

Love the perks& point you get using mobile app with free items. However using mobile express app is not so express. Everytime I’m in mobile lane I’m waiting a very long time. I watched 10 cars pass me by in the regular line while mobile line didn’t move for a while my last trip. Again I’m here for breakfast &line is extremely long I rather just order from regular lane from now on. The perks &points are not worth it to me anymore. They are always really nice &accommodating at this location. They work hard &always had my orders right. I think the problem is chic fil a as a company creating the mobile lane has nothing to do with the workers

Worst chic fil a in the city of New Orleans! One thing they will do EVERYTIME you visit is mess up your order. I ended up with someone else’s food because they CANNOT handle a rush at all! They are just not built for it. I only go to this one because it’s most convenient but if you can avoid just avoid this one, this been going on for a whole year.

I have been coming to this location EVERY DAY to purchase 4 cups of ice cream. For over a year. Now the portion is half the size. For the same amount of money. I went inside to complain and was told this is how it is. I spend at least $45 a week on ice cream alone. That doesn’t count the mornings that we stop for breakfast and the several evenings we stop for dinner. This is unacceptable. I will not be patronizing this location again. This has not been my experience at any other location.
