I brought my daughter to get a 8 count chick fil a nugget , for breakfast like most mornings before school. January 28,2026 before I dropped her off at school she was perfectly fine , as she's eating her first nugget she spit it out and said mom I spit that one out cause it was raw. She continue to eat about 3 more and said she didn't wan the rest & that let me knew something wasn't right because she loves her chick fil a nuggets. I had to check her out of school with in a hour and a half later , and hours late we had to get rushed to the ER in a ambulance because she wouldn't stop throwing up , she had food poisoning from the raw chicken! I contact a manager , and she said I'd be hearing from HR but haven't heard anything back yet. My child had to miss out on school for the next 2 days , it'll be a never again for us!!!!!

I order chik-fil-a as a quick lunch on the way to work. I semi-appreciate the location system since I am now a better judge of my pick-up time to my placement time, but I imagine it's helpful to many.
Food quality hasn't varied much. I don't believe i've ever had anything that tasted less than fresh or acceptably hot
I enjoy their lounge chairs while i wait the extra 2-3 min while i wait for my order. It's a clean comfy atmosphere.
I wish they would give me the option of make now. Sometimes i'm in a hurry and i don't like being geo-locked as to when my order is started.
All said and done. Great location. Prices are beyond competitive into great. Staff friendly.
I grant all five stars because thwy have never failed to deliver an excellent product at a very reasonable speed.
I would recommend for anyone seeking a better chicken sandwich.

This is the slowest CFA in America! It doesn’t matter if I pre order while home getting dressed which takes around 30 mins before I get to CFA and still have to wait up to 10 minutes or more in line and which defeats the purpose of the feature to order ahead through mobile through I wish they can get it together as it’s a minute from another location.

The first time I went to Chick-fil-A I thought maybe the drive-thru speaker was broken or they lost power because all these people are outside taking orders. Nope, that's just what they do on purpose and it works incredibly well. Super friendly staff; I never gotten the stink eye from anyone there, but maybe I'm becoming a better human, who knows. The food is consistent and they get ya in and out QUICK.

The guy taking my order was so nice. But when I picked up my food the girl w the blonde hair pulled back in a ponytail threw the ketchup in my hand as if she didn’t want to touch my hand.

to start off my Sprite was flat, And he has never been like that. And the chicken tenders in general is nasty.
I visited this restaurant last week and miss michelle the cashier was absolutely wonderful.The restaurant was clean and bright. There were fresh flowers on the tables.The food was hot fresh delicious.I am now a chick fil a chick!!!
