Chick-fil-A service is very efficient. Their salads and chicken sandwiches have always been great. I love the waffle fries too. I actually haven't had anything I don't like.
We made it right before the breakfast lunch switch.. we wanted breakfast but the crew was so slow and backed up it was lunch by time we made it to register to order. It was literally 2 people ahead of us waiting to order. With 20min left til breakfast was over
Parking: Building on a corner lot.. had to park in a parking garage.

Chicken filet wasn’t breaded all the way, the crust was hard, also the chicken nuggets on the Cobb salad was hard asl. I usually get the grilled chicken but it’s always dry from this location!!! I wouldn’t suggest this location at all!! The new airline location in Metairie serves everything to perfection.

8/30 at 7:59 pm I ordered a milkshake. Waited a while and asked the cashier if she could check the status of the milkshake. I was told someone was making it. 15 minutes later I was still waiting on the milkshake even though several people who ordered milkshakes after me received theirs. By 8:18 my milkshake was finally brought out to me but I already had opted for a refund.

Arrogant, condescending and nonchalant attitudes. Dirty dining room and just plain old awful. Today was literally my FIRST time eating Chick-fil-A and I was so excited because I'd heard nothing but great things about their service and their food. But the experience I had today was not that of what I expected. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and for the price of the meal, I expected more than just a small plain chicken sandwich with two pickles on it. I waited about five minutes for my food and when I got it, it looked as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The lemonade was horrible, there was more powdery pulp like substance than actual lemonade. The best part of the meal was the waffle fries! And were only subpar! This is unacceptable. Teach your staff how to handle customers and please monitor how food is prepared and served to your customers. Especially those of us who were expecting a really great experience on their first visit.

Terrible terrible - ordered thru Uber Eats and Chick Filet left out an order. No way to reach them-called repeatedly the entire evening; no ability to leave messages because they are full; no way to message corporate because there is no time or store info on the receipt. No response to FaceBook messages. My family and I will never eat at CF again and I will not be ordering for my office again. You guys stole our money. Bad form.

Clean and pretty efficient store, especially considering the amount of business they do, especially at lunch time. They could be a little better at letting guests know when their order is ready, but that's a fairly small thing. Highly recommend ordering on the app ahead of time and forcing it to mark you "at the store" before bothering to walk in, otherwise you might be waiting a few minutes. Ordering for Dine-In was much more efficient because you can enter your Table Number and they know exactly where to bring your order when it's ready. The window outside is only for delivery drivers, so if you ordered through the app for yourself, you go inside to pick it up.
Horrible customer service. Specially the attention and attitude towards the delivery people. Horrible ladies at the window with no manners and respect to other people. If this is the meaning of Christianity wow I'm really disappointed.
