The location in downtown New Orleans wasn't good. I used my points for my meal, and the cashier was clueless on how to process the transaction. She charged my remaining cash balance plus used my points and rewards. More training is needed for that lady. This was the first time I was presented with a negative attitude from Chick-fil-A. It wasn't even my fault. When she finally realized her mistake, I wasn't given an apology or reimbursed for the remaining cash that...
Ordered carry out and the order “got lost” in the system so the wait time was significantly longer than it should have been. The staff was kind, but still disappointing for a place like CFA that prides itself on quick and consistent service.
Absolutely the nicest staff ever… Chik Fila is known for politeness but this staff is special the manager Sandrelle is such a hard worker and sets the right tone for everyone. Extremely busy next to hotels and it is Super Boel weekend being held here and they are still rocking it!
