We were staying across the street at the Holiday Inn and needed some food after the long drive. China House hot the spot! We ordered three items and all were fresh and delicious. I specifically had the shrimp and veggies with shrimp fried rice. It was SO GOOD. I'm already thinking of trying something else from here tonight, lol!

I was there visiting family and I would have to say, this stop was a matter of convenience only. Most hole-in-the-wall locations may look bad on the outside but the quality of service and food are great...not this one. I should have just turned around when the person who takes the orders nearly knocked me down coming into the establishment door. I placed a fairly large order for our family which was well over $130. The food was horrible. The fried rice was blan, the general tso tasted like it was cooked in a rusty wok, honey chicken was so so and the rest of the dishes were dry and lacked flavor. I hate I wasted my money and when I return to the city again for a visit, this will not be a location I stop in. It was like a storage room on the dining room floor. Not presentable at all.

The food was really good. It was hot and stayed that way up till the time we made it back to our hotel. I would recommend the food any day. But on the other hand, the guy taken our order seemed like he had a bad disposition. I even asked him if he was having a bad day because even though we were the only two in the restaurant at the time he seemed to hope we hurry and order and go. The food was 1000 times better than his attitude.

Still technically on the way home but we made a detour to finally see New Orleans and what a city it is, lol … Loved New Orleans … Can’t wait to visit again honestly
We stopped here two years ago … We worked a few gig jobs and decided it’s time to eat some real food man so we stopped here
The food here was really good … The employees here was super awesome sauce as well … They have a 100 health rating … Clean inside and outside … We would most definitely stop here again if we are ever close to Nee Orleans in the future
