The young black girl with the blonde wig is RUDE AF!!!! We left without getting our bowls because she made ordering so uncomfortable we couldn’t even get what we wanted on the bowl she kept putting the lids on before we could finish. If you’re not happy at your job GET A NEW ONE!!!!!

Chipotle is a good place for Mexican food!! It's not necessarily a fast food joint. You order and pick up at a counter, no table service. They have a long line usually, but it moves quickly. It's clean, for the most part. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I had a disappointing experience at Chipotle recently. As they were preparing my three chicken tacos on flour tortillas, I was informed that they were out of shredded cheese only when it was time to add the condiments. I asked if there was a substitute, but Bradley responded that there was nothing available without an up-charge, and there was no discount for the inconvenience of being out of cheese.

In addition to the tacos, I had also ordered a burrito and a bowl, and I requested that they return the tacos to the counter. Unfortunately, Bradley was rude and began speaking in Spanish to a co-worker about my order, presumably out of frustration with my request.

I've visited this location many times without issue, so this was a surprising and unpleasant visit. I hope management addresses these service issues, as it's essential for customers to feel valued.

Ordered ahead for takeout. Was ready on time. Our Burrito Bowls were hot and delicious as always. Great location. Only one problem: I ate the whole bowl, and I was out for the rest of the day!

I was standing in line about 10 deep and was watching the workers shaking their heads when someone was asking for items to put in their meals. White rice and shredded cheese.. I was like, walk 5 ft and grab some for the line. As I got closer to order, it was still the same. So the guy asked what I wanted, and I said bowl to go..he said I have no white rice .. I asked what other items you guys do not have? He said he only works this spot, and maybe shredded cheese was out. I informed him it was 5 feet away, and all they have to do is go grab it..the young lady said her manager said not to. I asked to speak to the manager as I continued to make my bowl. She walked over to and asked if she could help. I said I wanted shredded cheese, and she said we were out. I said you have it over there on the To-go orders. She said we can't do that because we can't tell the customers that we are out of something..I said maam yes you can I have ordered many times and this place is always out of something and other managers can put it online. So I said are you telling me a paying customer in front of is is less important than an online order..? She replied..yes..I paused for a sec..are you seriously telling me they are more important than I am..She stepped back on her words..no sir I just can't take it from the to go orders..I said that is not good business and I will be reporting this ..long time customer..last time I will be in this location.. I will drive to the new one on vets before I come here again..not a happy customer..

Although the sign said brisket, there was no brisket because it's seasonal. According to the employee. No matter, they have other things!

We went hours before closing and had to wait 5 minutes before any of the five staff there would speak to us. I tried to order a drink and they lied and said the ice was out. Numerous other patrons had drinks with ice. The tables had food on them and the prep area was messy. With better trained staff they could be a fine store.

Complaint I will not recommend anyone to eat at this restaurant on Clearview. The food tasted horrible, also they was giving us a small amount for a high price. I had to ask for more food please. The reviews that is on here is the
Ones they put on here themselves. This was worst Chipotle I ever purchase food from.🤑

I would recommend this location! Service was quick and easy. All the ingredients were fresh. There are plenty of tables and the restaurant is clean. Bonus that it's near a TJmaxx store, ha!

I really am not the type to typically write reviews about the service I receive, but this needs to be said. Literally every time I go to this location and I am serviced by this one particular female worker(she looks very young I wish I knew her name) Her customer service is absolutely horrible, and she is so freaking unfriendly!!!! I hate going in there seeing her waiting on the line!! She makes it seem like the food she is serving is coming out of her pocket and when you ask for more it’s such a big issue for her. You can literally see it in her whole demeanor. It seriously does not matter how nice you are to her that still does not stop her from being so freaking rude!!!!!! If I’m paying for the food what the heck is the problem?!?!? Further more very unprofessional to be whispering about the customers while they are still in line and making these crazy faces! Do better!!!!

I just want to know why the commercial wants us the focus on the sizzle of the grille - but when I get the food, it's technically cold? They seem to prep cook only and then rotate directly from the refrigerator. It's bait n switch. As a customer, we will never get the chicken and steak off of that grill. Not before it all gets chopped and put into the ice box. Do better people!

Customer service has been so crappy at this location. I have decided to travel 15 minutes to the nearest Chipotle to avoid the unprofessional attitudes. When you ask for "more" they want to charge you double. When you ask for items on the side, they roll their eyes. You can tell what type of service you'll get based on who the manager on duty is. Food is always great. My issue used to be the fact that they don't cook their fajita veggies down but they've improved on that. I would hate to recommend anyone to work here at this location. If you hate your job so much, find another!
