1 Hot sausage patty for an entire Poboy. That's ridiculous. Talk about a rip off. Below you mentioned in your reply that you put two patties per Poboy, then why did I only get one patty.? every po boy is supposed to have two pieces of Pattin sausage the one you gave me only had one.

The chicken was good the first time I went there. The boy working the window was nasty and rude as hell. I was 1 penny short and he took the food back. I said hang on I have a $20.00 bill. Anyways went back, next time went inside and the lady was rude and nasty as hell. Horrible

THE BEST FRIED CHICKEN IN NEW ORLEANS HANDS DOWN!!! AND IF ANYBODY TELL YOU DIFFERENT THEY A DAMMMMMM LIE. No joke, the chicken is ALWAYS fresh, the fries are crispy AF, and the biscuits.....ooooouuuuuu please don't get me started, im droolin talkin bout it. and the daily plate specials will never leave you wanting more!!! don't sleep on Chubbies, for real tho.

I ordered 3 PC dinner w/Red Beans and onion rings. I'm not happy because once I made it home I noticed that onion rings are SOGGY and COLD and Red Beans are SALTY!!!! I tried to call at 4:15pm in the afternoon and nobody answered the phone and I couldn't leave a message because it was full. A professional, reputable business wouldn't send out there products like this. When "Gary" owned it.... It was 100% Better...I would NOT recommend this place😡😖😤

Ordered a mixed dark and white four piece dinner with coleslaw and shrimp po boy.

Po boy was tasteless, no seasoning and same goes for the chicken. The batter was nice though.

Po boy all dressed had two razor thin slices of tomatoes, one slice per half.

Four piece mixed dark and white received one breast, one thigh, two wings and one drumstick.

Total came to $26. No thank you next time.

I have ordered from Chubbie’s 2-3 per month for approximately a year and have been satisfied. Today my order was incorrect (it happens) and when I called to tell them I did not receive the breast and it was substituted with a wing, I was shocked by the response. I was asked “did you tell the person taking the order which pieces that you wanted?” I have a receipt with the correct order (breast, thigh, leg & wing) and I have received this assortment for nearly a year. Why would I expect anything else? Making a mistake is understandable but, insulting loyal customers is not. I’m. It going back.

CONSISTENTLY puts breasts in an order of dark meat, even after specifically asking them not to. If you don’t want to serve people all dark meat, take the option off of your menu please. It’s very disappointing because it’s good chicken but please just give me what I ask for.
