THE FOOD WAS FIRE accept that poo coleslaw my only things that I found wrong was it’s unacceptable to tell people that you only tea or water, and it should be a sin not to have hot sauce with fried
I've only been in New Orleans for a short time. We've eaten and enjoyed many places. The pace was busy but to our surprise this has been the worst experience. The chicken was very small pcs and bland. The mashed potatoes were cold right out the door. The 2 Large sides we paid for to go w our 12pc family meal were single serving (literally). We couldn't believe it. I've been telling everyone how awesome NOLA food has been. But I guess one place out of one hundred is not so bad

Food was fine, Hu but they got my order wrong. When I took it all the way back, the manager was willing to give me the missing chicken but wanted me to keep all the other food that had gotten cold while I had to go back to the store. He replaced the order with an eye roll, lol.

I think everyone should eat at Church's Chicken.Vegetarian options: Tomato Broccoli Lettuce
The 3-piece tender with okra and a drink was better than I expected. The food was good and cooked correctly, the service was nice and fairly fast. The two ladies working were nice and professional. Most importantly, nothing was forgotten! Thank You! Great JobParking: There is a parking lot with about 8 spaces and street parking as well.
The food quality wasn't good here... mushy rice and pink meat close to the bone...

Ordered from Uber Eats and they were great. Church's Chicken however did not include our mashed potatoes OR the coleslaw that was supposed to come with the Grande Meal and I had selected online (I checked the receipt and it was selected as part of our order but did not arrive). The chicken itself was nice and juicy and the biscuits were nice as were the apple pies. The corn on the cob was mush - tried to bite in a few different places but it was disgustingly soft and I didn't even want it in my mouth (also very little taste). The gravy is watery but flavor ok - we just didn't have anything to put it on. I called but no answer - tried again the next day and still no answer so...yeah. Won't bother ordering from these guys again.

shallowest 'fast food' restaurant of all time. horrible service and it smells even worse.

Service was okay, but the people weren't in a rush to be helpful. I enjoy the chicken and the honey biscuits are some of the best around. The inside was small and a bit crowded so we took the food back to the hotel. It was affordable and better than many ither chicken places.
Chicken is always fresh hot and good uptown
