------Edit: Dropping 5 star review to 1 star. I went back and was not met with the same quality service. So 1) they do not sell spicy white chicken just dark meat. 2) They serve burned biscuits. 3) They have a very bad attitude. 4) Understaffed (they were understaffed the 1st visit as well)So if you love Church's and need spicy go upt and be patient. Gentilly has a decent Church's as well but I can't speak on the spicy chicken.-------The crew that was there the night I went was amazing. Even though they didn't have the pieces of chicken I wanted, they were very accommodating and everything tasted hot and fresh. I live close to the upt location but this is my new Church's. Yall can teach upt a thing or two.

On Oct. 3rd, I ordered lunch on-line for my group at Church's on St. Bernard Ave. I paid on-line (big mistake). I received a confirmation and a time of 12:15 for pickup. When I arrived, the lady in front had me talk with the manager. He indicated that he knew nothing about an order. I showed him the confirmation and he got angry and said "I don't know nothin' about nothin':. I was forced to pay for another lunch for my people. The food was good and the people who served me were great, but this manager huffed and puffed until I left. So I am out $32.My suggestion is to go someplace else for a meal...If you're lucky-you might just get treated like a customer.

Just left from this church’s and cancelled my order because the person on the intercom was so rude and started yelling because she was agitated I guess about me being confused about the different chicken and she told me they didn’t have Mac n cheese . I will never go back to this church’s they are very ghetto and ignorant and I refuse to let them send me to jail for putting my hands on them because of their attitudes it’s bad enough they always forgetting to put food I paid for in the bag everytime.
