Came here and ordered a family meal I was told I could not get rice or okra as a side. I paid 41.97 The girl at the window was mimicking me Very unprofessional and rude Was asked to pull up and waited a really long time for my order

The manager on 1/12/2025 was just as incompetent as a I don’t know what. I tried explaining to her that I ordered on uber eats and never received my order, it kept changing delivery people(hence it was stolen). She tried to argue with me that the delivery person picked it up, yes picked up my order and ate it. Ordered a second time, same thing happened with no help. Absolutely awful.

Horrible service with those youngsters they're always messing up your orders and for the record never serve someone something that you wouldnt eat yourself smh

The workers eat the food while serving. One girl coughed over the chicken with her phone on the counter. So disgusting 🤮

The Store Manager has a NASTY ATTITUDE and allow her shift leads and manager under her to eat out of the food while serving customers and pretends she don't see it. The Store Manager also gives poor service to the customers.

Visited this location today 10/12/2024 at 10:45 am after placing a mobile order. Arrived and waited 15 minutes in the drive thru speaker before pulling to the window when I was never greeted. Told that my order could not be fulfilled because they did not have the items I ordered and that the location was opened late that day. I was then told by 2 young ladies who were eating as they spoke to me that I needed to cancel my own order. I then spoke with a manager who told me her cook had not shown up and she begrudgingly apologized for the huge inconvenience. I love Church’s but this location is a nightmare.
