Came from out of town and had ordered a Mardi Gras King cake, on 1-16-26 and they were very specific about day/time I was coming to pick it up, well the weather changed time/day. They closed and put me off, this was for my daughters birthday. Which I understand that, but when I finally picked it up on 1-27-26 it was at 5:50pm , the time they agreed on. I understand things happen, but you said they were fresh, this was not fresh it was cold and had been put in a freezer, it was the worst I’ve ever had. And I feel like I should get a credit on this one. You guys shouldn’t of sold this item. Especially to be so pacific about the time. And when it would be ready. Just upset over all of this! You did me wrong.

Okay, I have been vegan for 19 years, and rarely get to have a good cinnamon roll. Introduce cinnaholic. I had the cookie butter (biscoff) cinnamon roll and had to pause. Omg. The icing is everything. You must try this if you are in the area.

We didn’t feel welcome at all. The 2 young girls behind the counter acted like it was a problem we came in to order. Then our cinnamon rolls were clearly old and had been sitting in the warmer for quite some time. Nothing like I seen from other reviews, warm and gooey was nowhere to be found. Can definitely make better at home for the price we paid. Idk if we went on a bad day but I won’t be returning to try again

I’m usually not a big fan of cinnamon rolls, but WOW was this one really good! I got their Strawberries & Cream flavored cinnamon roll with caramel swirls after asking the front worker which one she recommended. The roll was made hot and fresh right out of the oven, so the flavor and soft texture of the roll itself was way up to par. The strawberries & peanuts were a really good combo together too. Service was nice and quick. The inside was a bit small, but it was still clean and had a couple tables & chairs for you to dine in at. There’s only street parking available, but I’m not surprised since it’s in the city. Overall, I’d recommend trying Cinnaholic if you’re in the area & craving something sweet other than ice cream. I might actually become a “Cinnaholic” after today!

Ok so. This place is 100% vegan. I didn't know because I walked in off the street and it's written *nowhere* inside. Definitely need to fix that. So me and all the other lactose intolerant people (and vegetarians and vegans obviously) can comfortably enjoy a cinnamon roll in SO MUCH VARIETY!! Oh and cookie dough by the scoop. I'm obsessed with this snickerdoodle (cinnadoodle?) Flavor. Much better than any of the other three safe to eat cookie dough brands that you can find in the local grocery stores. One worker didn't know that the goods were vegan or dairy free so maybe a little training is needed but the other worker was able to answer questions. Service was excellent, will definitely return.

The moment you walk in the aromas tell you, life will never be the same. Everything is made in house so it’s fresh. Absolutely everything is plant based! Yes everything making the entire menu vegan friendly and for those who are not vegan-trust me you won’t know the difference.

Here is what we ordered:

🍑 Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Roll (seasonal)
🍁 Maple Frosted
🍋 Lemon Frosted
🍌 Banana Frosted

The idea was to order a few and sit down to eat half of one. The result…we ate a whole one while we were there and another one as soon as we got home.

Plan a visit! Let’s support this family owned business. They are filling the community and our bellies with so much love!

What really sets this location apart is the service warm, welcoming, and genuinely excited to help you build your dream cinnamon roll. The team makes you feel like family from the moment you walk in, and the vibe is pure joy. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, this is one stop you’ll be thinking about long after the last bite.

If you want a treat that tastes incredible and supports powerhouse women in business, this is the place. Run, don’t walk!

Baaaaabbyy let me tell you. This is the best Vegan Cinnamon Roll in New Orleans. I had the classic with fresh strawberries on top. (Soo good). They use FRESH FRUIT too! The roll melted in my mouth, even cream cheese throughout the entire roll, and the edges had a little firm crunch. Perfecto. Roll didn’t last 5 mins from purchase lol. Major Kudos to Ratleff Family👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾❤️❤️❤️

Cute, quaint, and clean shotgun house! I was able to street park easily on a Friday around 2 pm. There are a couple of tables outside on the front porch and a couple inside. The staff were welcoming and attentive. There is a wheelchair lift which is very thoughtful. There are a lot of options to choose from. The cinnamon rolls are a nice size. Easily shareable. The employee made fresh rolls for us. We went with the very berry and an apple one for my mom. I didn’t try the apple but my mom enjoyed it. The very berry is a tad sweet but good. I would return when I want to enjoy a cheat day snack.

WAS WELCOMING AT ALL. Walking in the store was greeted. Young girl at the register look directly at me and put her head back down in her phone. A guy came from the back and asked have i order yet, SMH. I ordered the cinnamon roll with cream cheese, pecan, and maple topping and two cinnadoodle cookies. Needless to say the non verbal girl started preparing my order. Cinnamon roll was dry and overly sweet from toppings. Cookies we not good, more on a bittersweet side.
