Clesi's Seafood Restaurant & Catering

This was our first time eating here ( we're visiting from Kansas City). We've been to about a dozen restaurants and this has been our favorite! we've been disappointed by other restaurants boasting about their Cajun dishes only to find out they're bland. We got the "Conflict resolution" because we couldn't decide what to get. We were not disappointed! So yummy!!!!!

Po' boys were decent (Ok, it’s not a fair feedback, since I had Guy’s Po'boy the day prior). The oysters in the sandwich were awesome, but the bread was too crumbly.

Also, not having tacos on ‘taco Tuesday’ is kinda weird, guys ?‍♂️

And one more thing: 4% culinary fee??!!!! Why don’t you pay your staff salary? What’s next? Forks fee to support cutlery? Light fee to cover electricity bills?!!

The food was delicious and fresh (fresh fried pork skins and crawfis queso) Wow! The hospitality was on point. Jarvis, & Natasha yall rock. We'll definitely return.

The crawfish queso with pork rinds are on point! Donna is also the best thing since sliced bread!

We needed catering last second and they were so great. Matt who came out to help us was phenomenal.

The seafood boil meal was seasoned just right. Plenty on tray. My nice waiter Jason gave me butter garlic sauce & Remolaude extra. The music was happy lively fun too

The food, service, and atmosphere were all so welcoming and good. My family and I initially went to Monday, but it was too crowded. We're glad we found this gem instead. Don't sleep on this place—wow! Also, our server was Jason, what an amazing job!

This place is horrible it has bad lingering smell had no crackers for a hard shell seafood place the server came by three times and w we’re lucky to get water

Jason was the absolute best !!! The food is sooo good ! The vibes are amazing. Get the blue crabs & chargrilled oysters. All of the staff is so cool. A must visit. I will def be back. Thank you again Jason for the amazing drinks and vibes

This place is very busy. The food is great and the service is good. We enjoyed everything. The only difficult thing was the parking. It's street parking only, so it's kinda hard to find a good parking spot. But, other than that, everything was enjoyable ?

My cousin and I stopped by this place honestly to get out of the New Orlean’s heat while we waited for our reservation at Monday’s restaurant. We decided to grab drinks and try the alligator bites. The alligator bites were AMAZING!!!! I’d give this place 5 stars but I will say the employees have got to WASH THEIR HANDS! If it were not do to the heat my cousin and I would not have stayed!

Fly infestation. Could not enjoy our meal out on the patio due to the horde of flies buzzing around. Had to swat away literally thousands of flies. If I wasnt with a group of colleagues, I would have just left.

edit: Servers saw our predicament and tried to help by putting out little fly whipper fans on our table. While they did help keep most of the flies at bay, theres only so much you can do when dealing with a thousand buzzing flies.

Super fresh crawfish here.
The seasoning only has a slight touch of spices so as not to overwhelm the freshness of crawfish. The boilmaster knows the deal!
There was a constant long queue there when we enter until we leave. It’s a sign of right place!

Definitely will come back for our next NOLA trip.

If I could give this place 20 stars I would. The food was amazing!! We came here twice before going back home because it was that good. The service was amazing I can’t remember the guys name with the blonde hair but he was so friendly and helped us with whatever we needed. He remembered that we said there was a seafood allergy and made sure we had all of our food and refills as soon as our drinks got low. The catfish and fried oysters were the best I’ve ever had. The food was piping hot and steam was rolling off it. The boil pad guys whatever you’re doing keep on doing it. Thank you for a great experience!
