Among the best meals we had in NO, and that is saying something. Mac and cheese and Porchetta sandwich were awesome. Fries shrimp and sausage plate were top notch too. Even the Bacon was in the mix for best I've ever had. Definitely recommend. It's counter service for food, but the waitress was fine.

This was a bit disappointing since we turned around to have our last lunch before heading out of New Orleans after our 2 night stay for NYE in the French market. Waited a long line to realize the sandwiches are sadly small. I got the muffaleta it was not good and at $19 I felt a little bit cheated because the sandwich was small and there were hardly any olives in it. My bf got the pork belly sandwich - it was tasty but the sandwich looked a piece of Wonder bread - small. The best thing isn’t the food or the lack of generous portion you would expect from the prices… I liked the vibe and rhe friendliness of the employees. But won’t be coming back. Too many good places to go.

Had Lunch today at Butcher. Excellent food! Bread and meats were as good as it gets! Service and staff were awesome! Fast! Attentive! This place is a well oiled machine and they do it right! Honestly they should teach classes in 'Service'.
