First try for boudin balls and they were pretty good. Was disappointed in the gumbo. Might’ve been the andouille that ruined it for me. The redfish was pretty good, as well. Friendly waiters.

Great place to eat for carnivores. Duck sliders rock, as well as every offering on the menu. Go here and eat if you aren't a vegan.

Turkey sandwich was delicious. Cool atmosphere too. It was crowded during prime lunch hour when we came, but service was quick.

This place was highly recommended to me, so that made my disappointment in a terrible muffuletta even greater. I did not realize that a muffuletta could actually be bad. This is a fast casual place in which you stand in line to order, and your food will be delivered to your table. The employees were completely disinterested in the customers. It was clean and looked nice. There were a few tables outside.

I've been there twice. Each time, it was great. Excellent food. Friendly, smiling, non-intrusive staff. The music is cool and not overly loud, as is often the case, and the decor is really nice.
What's more, service is prompt after ordering.
The best place I've ever eaten in NOLA, everything was perfect.

Fair location, bad parking.
Kind of pretentious try-too-hard inside, seemed fake, with uncomfortable high no-back chairs. Prices too high for ala carte dishes. Very good service.
.
However, the sandwiches definitely aren't fake. Simply fantastic muffaletta, porchetta, pig Mac, pretzels, pickles, with a good size.

The other sides were much less impressive and small portions for the price. Potato salad, Cole slaw, and macaroni were forgettable.

Since everyone was talking about the Cubano, I ordered that. It was so good! I also tried the lamb and that was amazing. The guy who took out order was the friendliest I have experienced. He was very helpful and the rest of the staff was just as great!

If Cochon Butcher were a person, it’d be the effortlessly cool friend who knows where to get the best cocktails, smokes their own bacon, and somehow makes a hamburger taste like a religious experience.

And that hamburger? It’s not trying to be flashy. It’s just here to absolutely ruin every other burger for you forever. Smoky, juicy, perfectly seasoned—like it’s been slow-dancing with flavor in a back alley since sunrise. Every bite feels like a tiny parade in your mouth, brass band included.

The space itself is cozy, buzzing, and smells like someone bottled heaven and added Cajun swagger. You’re gonna want to order everything on the menu, but start with the burger. Then cancel your afternoon plans. You’ll be in a food coma—and loving every second.

Run, don’t walk. And maybe bring stretchy pants.

Really loved this place. Was recommended it a long time ago but was never able to go.
This evening, I ordered a Cubano Sandwich to go. It was delicious! And they were really quick with preparing the order, too! In the few minutes I waited, I enjoyed the atmosphere and thought dining there would have been a great choice as well.

No photos because I devoured that sandwich!

Came for lunch at 12:45 on a Thursday. Busy, but we found a four top easily. Delicious sandwiches. Don’t skip on the homemade chips. Delicious!!

I'm in town visiting. I went to this establishment and ordered the black eye pea chili with cornbread. It sounded interesting. I got my to go bag, and it smelled so good. I opened everything up, and it looked tempting. Then I tasted it. It is too salty. The cornbread is hard. If I didn't know better, I'd think they didn't want me to come back. So, I won't.

This was a decent butcher style restaurant. The food was good and the portions were large. The prices were fair for what you get. Did not try the drinks at the bar. The staff were friendly. There was plenty of seating inside and outside. You can buy meat cuts and jerky which I thought was great. Parking was a headache.
