Literally the BEST coffee I’ve ever had. The nebula might be the BEST drink in all of Nola (maybe even the world honestly). I’m very picky when it comes to coffee and coffee science is consistently good

Coffee (latte) was fine… would prefer darknroast over medium though. Banana nit muffin was yummy. Bacon burrito was not yummy. Although i got there right after opening, burrito was premade, wrapped in foil and being kept warm. All the cheese was on one end… about 20% of the burrito was a big clot of semi melted cheese, then no cheese in remainder. I tjink tjere was 1 poece of bacon.
Biggest issue was the atmosphere. Barrista/cashier was a little grumpy… i frlt like inwas bothering her. Music was so loud i had to raise my voice to be heard ans i had to ask the quiet grumpy barrista to repeat herself multiple times. And it was freezing in their. AC was blasting and fans were on. I planned to hang out for amcouple hours but left because i was so uncomfortable.
.
Was there right when they opened and within minutes after opening I was drinking coffee. The owner was ready to serve customers. The lady in front of me came in with two dogs and the dog friendly owner gave them each a piece of bacon. It was a great experience!

Probably one of the best cups of coffee I've had in months. Ordered the Honey Badger and it was impressive. Parking sucks in the area but worth the couple block hike.
Went here on a recommendation from a friend and loved it! I went twice and ordered the nebula and Bavarian iced coffees..simply lovely! Also picked up a pack of their honeycat espresso beans for my friend. The owner and staff are very warm and friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Will definitely visit again next time I’m in New Orleans.

Cute shop, with a few seats inside. Coffee was excellent, and pastries were good as well. Very smooth espresso, I got a vanilla iced late.

Great little cafe serving serious coffee. Don't miss the huge hangout backyard and the house cats! Seattleite approved, not far from Louis Armstrong's birthplace.

Look I really love the place lots of seating and large outdoor patio with tables would be great to get some work done while enjoying great coffee! Side alley to back patio with ramp for those of us with mobility devices is great.
P.S. I originally reviewed C.S and was disappointed with lack of WifFi but I was wrong. I finally spoke up and asked a woman who looked like she worked there. Turns out she was one of the owners and very kind and got the information for me. So I was wrong and spoke too soon. So yeah check out Coffee Science on Broad in Mid-City !

This place makes the best coffee in the city. There’s a reason they have “science” in their name. However they are brewing their coffee, espresso, etc it turns out perfect every time - not acidic or bitter or anything. Smooth, flavorful.
That being said I’m pretty confused about what’s going on with them business wise. A few years ago they had great food & pastries. Then about a year and a half ago they drastically cut down their food menu & were only selling some pretty underwhelming biscuit breakfast sandwiches, punk tarts, and donuts…
The people working there told me they were “redesigning” the menu or something but a year & a half later & while they have a few more options now it’s still not a great food menu. Very few savory options & they run out quickly.
I know they had crazy construction & I also have heard some weird arguments between the staff lol so who knows what’s going on but I hope this place makes it !! And I hope the food menu gets better.
Coffee was great
Sketchy location but was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. Parking can be a problem. Batista seemed fun and hip
