This is a very genuine roaster with high quality coffee! I found the honeyed catuia red V60 to be a rare treat, that variety honeyed isn't common! Even the drip was good for what was. The owner and the other folks make the place!

I am so pleased with the tea options at coffee science. I am a non-coffee drinker and am always impressed when at least one tea item is offered. My matcha is exactly what I ordered and tasted like perfection. It is a perfect beverage to get through this hump day.

Literally the BEST coffee I’ve ever had. The nebula might be the BEST drink in all of Nola (maybe even the world honestly). I’m very picky when it comes to coffee and coffee science is consistently good
