TL;DR: They ruined our Thanksgiving dinner and didn't care.

I think this may be only the second or third time I have EVER not left a tip. Like $0.

Three of us were there for a three-course fixed price Thanksgiving dinner. Our seating was at 5:30. We didn't leave until about 8:15 -- and that was after only two courses, as we asked for our deserts to go. When we complained around 6:45, asking why we still hadn't receive our main courses, they comped us our first round of drinks and told us the main course should be arriving in 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, another waiter said our waiter was getting our food at that moment. It was another 10 minutes after that. My beef short rib was both overcooked and room-temperature. A companion's traditional Thanksgiving turkey was deemed just "OK." The third said her fish was not very good. The deserts were even worse. Throughout the meal we had to keep asking other waitstaff to have our waiter come back. And we never did get the dinner rolls we had asked for (they were extra). Fortunately, they weren't listed on the bill.
The mixed drinks were good, but you can get drinks that are both better and cheaper at the Carousel Bar in the Quarter.
Worst $250 I have ever spent.

-surbooking resulting in 20+ min wait (although reserved)
- awfully long serving time (2h30 for 2 adults and 2 children)
- suspicious mistake on final bill (60$ overcharge)
- low quality for the money

OK, this is going to be a tough but fair review. ... and to be fair, it was Thanksgiving. The restaurant was clearly overwhelmed. Once we were seated and ordered, we waited over 2 hours for our ordered meal. It could have been even longer. However, we asked them to simply change it to a to go order given the time. While I should have challenged the bill, we didn't. And paid for the MOST expensive average take out turkey dinner I could imagine. On the way out, I felt sorry for the line of people that had no way of knowing what was coming. Perhaps I could have waived them off. I'm not sure. Either way, the restaurant could and should just let people know if they can't handle things.

Food was good.

Service was awful. Was given drinks in dirty glass. Very unwelcoming atmosphere.

Christian was our server and he was great! He was timely, professional, and respectful. Each lady ordered the bottomless mimosas and he ensured that he kept the bottles popping in addition to the orange juice, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice! The food came out pretty quickly! After tasting the shrimp and grits, I had to send it back because there was a sweetness and tartness to it. While waiting for the wild mushroom frittatas, Jeffrey brought out a complimentary order of beignets w/a berry sauce! The ladies ordered the club breakfast meal as well as the smash burger (if I remember correctly). We had a great time! Restroom was clean, staff were appropriate, and I plan to return for sure!

Amazing start to our trip! We came and ate the first night we checked into the virgin hotel to kick off our honeymoon and my wife’s birthday, it was a Tuesday night so it wasn’t busy but the food and service was excellent. Our server Tristan was so lovely!!! He brought us some bubbly and dessert on the house, such a nice tough. The food and drinks were delicious!!!

Super nice hotel, was expecting more. Food is way overpriced for what it is and it was not good at all, server was friendly but not very attentive. Oh and a big rat, giant mouse kind of animal ran across the floor and over a booth.... not trying to bash anyone's business, but their head chef and restaurant management should be re evauated.

I requested the bar area seating months ago, but the rest of my party arrived before me and they were seated all the way in the back room next to the kitchen (which made our service great) But.... Not what was requested. Thanks!

Genuinely one of the best meals I’ve ever had! The place is decorated so cute, out waitress Anna was very helpful, and the food was insanely good. Gonna be making another trip here soon.

The ambiance of this place is excellent and the food was good. However, we were disappointed by the speed of service and the quality of service. It ended up being a 3 hour dinner for 4 people who ordered from a fixed 3-course menu when the restaurant was relatively empty. I am pregnant and asked if a couple of items were pasteurized and never got an answer, just received the food. We also had to ask multiple times for more water since no one came by to refill it. We all enjoyed the meal, were just ultimately a bit disappointed in the experience compared to other options in the area.

Loved the coffee! Our first stop on our coolinary adventure!! Definitely a great stop. Food was awesome.. didn't love the shrimp and grits, but the first two courses were outstanding!

Recently celebrated my birthday here (large party), the staff is very friendly and helpful. Just as important the food is delicious and the ambiance is on point. Very instagrammable. Really appreciate you all taking care of me & party.

Parking: Valet is the most convenient option considering it's located downtown

Usually eat at the bar, but scored a table this time. Very nice space: if you're a couple looking for a romantic dinner, do ask for the dining room. The tomato salad was excellent, as was the accompanying wine, but the wagyu carpaccio blew me away. Have never had a preparation anything like it: fortunately, I tried it with white wine remaining from the salad (red would have not matched). Karely's service was friendly and attentive. My only complaint is that the kitchen ignored my request to have the carpaccio and the okra side dish *follow* the salad as a main cousre. But don't think that was Karely's fault. Look forward already to my next visit.

Nice ambiance, quick service. I didn't love my main meal (nothing wrong with the meal, just wasn't my preference of flavors) and they took it off my bill and allowed me to choose something different. I would return if I visit New Orleans again!
