Wagyu burger is hands down the best burger in New Orleans! Argue with your momma! Great service and beautiful decor. Such a vibe

We went for Mother's Day brunch. We did not try the special, but it looked great. We didn't have a wait either. Service was great and so was the food. Would definitely come try other items as well.

Loved the vibes here. The food was fine with interesting flavors and the service was to satisfaction. We got the Brussel Sprout appetizer and Jerk Chicken entree. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is very unique and awesome. The sodas were from a can and tasted flat but other than that everything else was good.

Our server was great but the food was not worth the money spent.

My partner and I went here for a Valentine’s Day dinner. The interior is beautiful, but unfortunately, this night, the service was lacking. Our waitress only sporadically came to check on us and we had ask for our drinks and food several times. You could tell the kitchen and bar were severely behind. It took us over an hour to get our food. The food was delicious, however for high prices, I was wishing the portions would have been a bit bigger.

Went here with a group (it was the Super Bowl to be fair) but I’ve never had worse service in my life :( I ordered a drink when we sat down that was never brought to me even though I asked the waitress 2 more times about it and it was on the bill

TL;DR: They ruined our Thanksgiving dinner and didn't care.

I think this may be only the second or third time I have EVER not left a tip. Like $0.

Three of us were there for a three-course fixed price Thanksgiving dinner. Our seating was at 5:30. We didn't leave until about 8:15 -- and that was after only two courses, as we asked for our deserts to go. When we complained around 6:45, asking why we still hadn't receive our main courses, they comped us our first round of drinks and told us the main course should be arriving in 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, another waiter said our waiter was getting our food at that moment. It was another 10 minutes after that. My beef short rib was both overcooked and room-temperature. A companion's traditional Thanksgiving turkey was deemed just "OK." The third said her fish was not very good. The deserts were even worse. Throughout the meal we had to keep asking other waitstaff to have our waiter come back. And we never did get the dinner rolls we had asked for (they were extra). Fortunately, they weren't listed on the bill.
The mixed drinks were good, but you can get drinks that are both better and cheaper at the Carousel Bar in the Quarter.
Worst $250 I have ever spent.

-surbooking resulting in 20+ min wait (although reserved)
- awfully long serving time (2h30 for 2 adults and 2 children)
- suspicious mistake on final bill (60$ overcharge)
- low quality for the money

OK, this is going to be a tough but fair review. ... and to be fair, it was Thanksgiving. The restaurant was clearly overwhelmed. Once we were seated and ordered, we waited over 2 hours for our ordered meal. It could have been even longer. However, we asked them to simply change it to a to go order given the time. While I should have challenged the bill, we didn't. And paid for the MOST expensive average take out turkey dinner I could imagine. On the way out, I felt sorry for the line of people that had no way of knowing what was coming. Perhaps I could have waived them off. I'm not sure. Either way, the restaurant could and should just let people know if they can't handle things.

Food was good.

Service was awful. Was given drinks in dirty glass. Very unwelcoming atmosphere.

Christian was our server and he was great! He was timely, professional, and respectful. Each lady ordered the bottomless mimosas and he ensured that he kept the bottles popping in addition to the orange juice, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice! The food came out pretty quickly! After tasting the shrimp and grits, I had to send it back because there was a sweetness and tartness to it. While waiting for the wild mushroom frittatas, Jeffrey brought out a complimentary order of beignets w/a berry sauce! The ladies ordered the club breakfast meal as well as the smash burger (if I remember correctly). We had a great time! Restroom was clean, staff were appropriate, and I plan to return for sure!

Amazing start to our trip! We came and ate the first night we checked into the virgin hotel to kick off our honeymoon and my wife’s birthday, it was a Tuesday night so it wasn’t busy but the food and service was excellent. Our server Tristan was so lovely!!! He brought us some bubbly and dessert on the house, such a nice tough. The food and drinks were delicious!!!

Super nice hotel, was expecting more. Food is way overpriced for what it is and it was not good at all, server was friendly but not very attentive. Oh and a big rat, giant mouse kind of animal ran across the floor and over a booth.... not trying to bash anyone's business, but their head chef and restaurant management should be re evauated.

I requested the bar area seating months ago, but the rest of my party arrived before me and they were seated all the way in the back room next to the kitchen (which made our service great) But.... Not what was requested. Thanks!
