LOVED this place! It has hole in the wall vibes with outstanding food. I loved the fried shrimp. My husband loved his fried chicken and red beans and rice so much he bought their cook book.
This is pretty much a dive bar/restaurant. The specials were outstanding, the regular menu items kind of sucked. Worst gumbo, red beans, and jambalaya I've tried yet in my three days in NOLA. I'd stick to fried foods here if you don't like the special.
The food was amazing. There was a lamb rib special that was one of the best things I ate my entire trip. The server and staff were amazing and it was just a really good time. Definitely check it out!
