When we arrived the restaurant had lots of tables available, yet Ms Brie wanted to put us in the very back next to the counter. When I asked for a better table she was very rude and argumentative. We drove there due to the online reviews, but made no good experience. 2 of us ordered 2 scrambled eggs, which looked like it was only one. The server said it would be 2 Texas toasts, but only one was on the plate. Needless to say we wouldn't go back.
The restaurant itself was nice and clean, nice cheerful yellow seats. We like to support local small businesses and if Crack'd gets their menu together and Ms Brie is less rude then it's worth a try.

I can’t say enough great things about this restaurant. The food was phenomenal. I had the chicken eggs Benedict with the side of breakfast potatoes. As well as the bottomless mimosas. We really enjoyed our food and the service was top-tier.

We absolutely adored this perfect neighborhood brunch spot. We found it by chance and are so thankful. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, Bri (our server) took excellent care of us. The restaurant is so cute and the decor bright and uplifting. I had the bananas foster french toast and every single bite was glorious. The snicker doodle iced latte was perfect. My friend had the lemon ricotta pancakes and said they were excellent. Everything here is a 10/10. If you can make it here, definitely do and if you are lucky enough to have Bri as your server it will be a top tier experience!

What a great spot for breakfast/brunch! My wife and I came here to celebrate our 9 year anniversary, and it was super! The waitress was very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was bright and open, and the food was super!

The food was great. The service was a little slow, it seemed that they were understaffed and our waitress had way to many tables. It was super busy and there was a long line. Luckily we made a reservation ahead of time!

Stopped in on our last day in New Orleans and Cabrisha and Missy were such a joy. I had the Lemon Berry pancakes - amazing BUT the Duck Bacon is worth every penny. Will definitely be back.

I will preface this by saying I believe the management is 100% at fault for the issues described.
We waited for an hour for our food, which was not the best flavor-wise. We rarely saw our server, and when we did, he was loudly criticizing the problems he was having with his team and cursing right next to us. When we were seated, we ordered everything upfront as to avoid delays, but did not get our food until 45 minutes later. Our coffee sat at the bar and became watery from the ice and its overall quality was not good. We also got told at the very end that our banana foster toast was unavailable, despite ordering it an hour prior and not being told this then. Side note, when we order this we expressed that one of us had a tree nut allergy, but our server was initially stubborn to remove the nuts from the dish before settling on omitting it.
The restaurant was too packed and too busy for the staff that was onsite, and better management could have prevented the issues that were also present outside of our dining experience. Tables of four were seated at smaller tables for two, causing dropped cups and broken glass.
I rarely ever have a bad experience when dining, but this was perhaps the worst experience I've ever had. It disappoints me to have even written this, as I was extremely excited to try this place. I don't believe I will be returning until something changes.

Bri C took amazing care of us for brunch. The walk in at 11:30 was only 20 minutes and the atmosphere is fabulous. They had plenty of GF options for me and the cold brew martini was delicious!

Bri was our waitress and she was as sweet as the delicious tea that was served. Crabcakes Hollandaise and seafood Omlette… Yummers and worth the visit!
