Had an excellent meal at Creole house this weekend, the staff were friendly and the food was delicious. Candace was really friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back!
Great service / food !!!
Yum is all I can say. Great food in a local atmosphere. Recommend a visit when in NOLA.
Got seated close to 8pm for a party of 3. Ordered appetizer and a couple of soups and waited nearly 30 minutes for appetizer and 1 soup that were luke warm. Both tasted great even though they had been sitting for a while. Our server never really checked for it the whole time until we asked about them. Manager did bring out French onion soup shortly and was super hot. He was kind enough to take the French onion soup off the bill. French onion soup was fantastic. We then proceeded to wait for entrees for a while and the blackened chicken jumbalya was also luke warm and chicken was super dry like it had been sitting in the pass through for a while. The strawberry short cake dessert took another 10-15 minutes to come out Server was not friendly and seemed to not want to run her own food as other servers were seen bringing the food out because it was sitting in the back. Overall food was good but the service was pretty bad. We were there for nearly an hour and a half for 3 people.
Taste of New Orleans was amazing. The different Creole dishes. Waitress was very friendly.
Amazing staff form the minute your walk in to the minute you leave. Jade was our waitress she was amazing with the kids. Food was really good. The crawfish Étouffée was lacking some flavor but other than that was very good experience.
Amazing service from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave. Great with children as well. Jade was our waitress and she was amazing. Had the four taste of NOLA. Gumbo was great, jambalaya was good, red beans was lively top 5 I have had in NOLA. Crawfish Étouffée was not very good. I feel as if it had to much butter in the recipe and not enough seasoning.
First of all, everything came at the same time, the soups and the entrées. All came out on the same platter. Our corn chowder had excellent flavor and was a touch above lukewarm, but not much all four entrées, however would need warmed up to reach lukewarm. the server never came to check on us. We should’ve sent them back immediately, but we started eating them, which is sad because the food was actually very flavorful. It was just cold.
Food was great, there was no wait on a Tuesday for lunch. Only reason I gave the service 4/5 stars is because we did have to wait awhile to order, and it took awhile to get our food. Otherwise, it was great. They also have Dr. Pepper!

We had a lovely dinner here. There was no waiting to be seated. The server was very kind and made sure we had everything just right. I had soup and a blackened chicken Caesar salad. It was delicious and a generous portion!

GREAT SERVICE, FOOD and FRIENDLY DINNERS
After a day of visiting plantations, we found this out-of-the-way restaurant/bar. It was definitely worth the stop. Tasty gumbo, nicely blackened redfish, loaded mashed potato side dish and garden salad. We also ordered onion rings with the special dipping sauce mentioned in the reviews; it was delicious. our waitress, Kaylee, was very helpful, friendly and attentive. She told us about the festival of the bonfire, 12/13-15th. Sadly, we can’t make it this year, but it’s definitely something to plan for a future vacation. The diners were friendly and shared attractions in the area.
