1st time ever in New Orleans. Sister in law chose this place to eat and let me tell ya... it was AWESOME!! Our waiter was veryyyy polite and helped me pick out a mixed drink after I told him the kinda taste I was looking for since I couldn't remember off-hand the mixed drinks I normally get else where. And the one I've named off they didn't no how to make because it was a drink that a friend had conjured up herself so it's not a known drink else where. Lol . But if I could give this place 10☆'s I would. You need to check this place out if you visit New Orleans most definitely. Live Jazz music was great of course, lol

We came here on the recommendation of our hotel next door. The bar looks cool and its a brewery, I'm from a state who likes their breweries, so it all lined up.The drinks are overpriced, and the bar tender could probably be a little more inviting. We ordered a couple drinks. They looked great and tasted decent. I was going to order a flight, but it seemed like we were not really welcome, so we tabbed out and took our business elsewhere.Average for what I would have expected never being to a brewery in NOLA, but after going to a few restaurants and bars in the french quarter, we weren't impressed. If I find myself in the area again, this wouldn't be my top pick to visit or recommend.

Delicious food, excellent service, great ambiance! The shrimp Caesar salad was just right & the stuffed shrimp wasn't far behind! Just a really great setting to hear some sweet jazz & chill out

My daughter and I came in for a late dinner. They were able to accommodate our seating request even though we did not have a reservation, there was a live band and my daughter has anxiety triggered by sustained loud sounds. She had left her headphones at the hotel.Tina was our server and was AMAZING. We had the Acadian red fish and the mushroom pasta with the creole cheesecake for dessert. Everything was delicious.Kid-friendliness: They were very kind with both our seating request and very sweet.

Yes, service and atmosphere were amazing. Loved the art for sale on the walls. Shout out for serving a table of about 20 people expertly. But you go to restaurants for the food. It was hit and miss.Had the pretzel for an app, cup of red beans & rice, and the brats with sauerkraut and garlic mashed. People near me had crawfish and shrimp pasta. Another had soft shell crab poboy and a cup of gumbo. The winners where the red beans & rice and the gumbo. Perfection. The runner up was the pretzel. Hot, soft, delicious. With the beer cheese and stone ground mustard. The side of pickles offered a sour sweet combo I personally didn't care for, but I appreciate the variety of flavors paired. The brats were also a runner up. But the sides were lackluster. The sauerkaut wasn't doing it for me and garlic mash was unwhelming in flavor. Maybe it was meant to compliment the much bolder taste of the sausage. The pasta was the same. It wasn't flavorful. Full of shrimp and crayfish, but lacking seasoning.Friend with the poboy wouldn't eat it. I think she missed the 'softshell' part and was put off. Someone else at the table took it off her, but I noticed they took one bite and didn't finish it either. They are super polite and wouldn't say anything about the dish so take that as you wish.I didn't have a drinks, but others at the table praised the beers. All in all, I recommend it. Try it at least.Dietary restrictions: A few guests in the group don't eat pork. Although not a wide selection, there were definitely tasty things for these folks to eat.

The food was great and the beer is good too but the wait staff were outstanding! Good live music.

This is one of the worst meals I've ever had in my whole life. With so many options in New Orleans, I don't know why anyone would waste their time.I had the jambalaya and so did another person in our group and neither of us could eat it. I had to spit out a shrimp because it was cooked rock hard. Others in the group tried the burger, which was described as mediocre at best. The fries were limp and unseasoned. The beer was below average.Truly awful. Don't bother.

Uninteresting tourist trap. It's playing it big and we're lying to you. I ordered a pint of seasoned beer that I had tasted downstairs. I order the same beer from the guy upstairs who serves me a small blonde. He lies to my face, taking me for an idiot... No comments...

Came with a large group for an early dinner and was able to get a table for 8 without an issue. Ambiance was an interesting mix between nautical, music and old bar. The server was attentive and very nice. Restaurant had some rather rigid rules, but they were fine to follow. We were told more than once "don't move seats." We had no intention of moving seats and to be told twice was kind of strange, but she said she was bad with faces and orders so she needed us to stay out. Fine. But then when ordering a flight of beers there were more rules. "The bar tender is particular, so you can only get the first four or last four (or five) in a row from the menu." There wasn't an option to customize, so hopefully the order they have is what you like. The Hefeweizen and IPA were my favorites. Low ABV compared to other microbreweries, which was actually a nice change. The shrimp creole was tasty, especially with the bread and mixed with the rice. Initially it tasted a bit fishy, but as I ate it the flavor dissipated and was great! The hot chicken wings had a good flavor, but weren't spicy, more of a sweet flavor. They were standard and on the smaller side. Overall, this spot had decent beer and good food. I wouldn't recommend this over some other restaurants in the area, but I also wouldn't say not to go. Pretty average.

Service was slow and the fact they charge 20% for parties over 6. Our food came out way after tables that ordered after us. Disappointed this trip.
