I loved the view at the hotel not to mention the classiness of the staff and hotel it's self, it was memorable for sure. The attention that put into the decorations made for great pictures as well as the ballrooms we rented out!!! Kick off to our book signing was amazing ?
While the reception area of the hotel was clean and the majority of the bedroom was clean the bathroom was dirty and we asked the manger Cece multiple times to clean it on our first night there, we were told someone would be up to clean it, nobody came my mum brought stuff from CVS and cleaned the bathroom herself, we didn't know what the white stuff was all over the shower. We paid a $350 security deposit and we're told by the Manger Cece we would get the full amount...
We booked the 'Le Pavillion' for two nights at the end of our trip as Booking.com had a deal on. It was a stunning hotel, immaculately clean, friendly staff and the room was spacious with incredibly comfy beds! the hallways on each floor were the widest hallways with the plushest carpets I have ever seen.
