We went on Sunday night and they were busy but we were greeted quickly and given 2 seats at the bar. The bartender seemed busy and gave us a quick, unenthusiastic greeting. The drinks were good and served promptly. We ordered the pate and it was excellent. Best we've had in new orleans yet. The atmosphere was relaxing and clean. We will be returning.
A cool place. Nicely decorated. Went there with several friends. Doesn't appear to be a college hangout. More of a young adult and middle age bar. The drinks were good and the wait staff was attentive. The only negative was the background music. It was instrumental type music playing on a speaker system. It was incredibly loud. It was hard to hear people talking that were sitting in our booth. We asked if it could be turned down some but I don't think anything...

We arrived at happy hour time and chose to sit at the bar despite open tables (a great choice!). We were lucky enough to be sitting across from bartender Liz K, who was world-class.
