On a little NOLA getaway for me and the hubbs, we came to this little hidden gem for a late night bite and bev. Beers were cold and the food was hot. Just as it should be! The good company is what brought us back on the second night. Pixie was fun, entertaining and just a great gal. It was a quiet couple of nights (not your average Bourbon St. traffic) so we had the joy of being 2 of the 3 people in the place. We listened and sang to music, talked about books and movies and just had a great time. We will definitely be back when we visit NOLA again and we really hope Pixie is still there! - Cheers from Laura and Luis from Houston!✌🏼

The atmosphere and service was great. We came for dinner last night. My mom and I both got the French toast breakfast. It was good, but we both ended up getting food poisoning! The rest of my family got different dishes and said they were fine. Hopefully, that was just a fluke on their end.

Gumbo was delicious and service was great! However... the day drinkers were a little much, not that it was the establishments fault... our server was so sweet and had a great smile too!

Nice atmosphere for a dive bar, chill place, but smelled old and wet, but can only love New Orleans. Server was a little inattentive, but was nice when he popped by. Slow night, decent vibe. Was over dressed for the place though... 8/10

BUYER BEWARE!!!!
0 out of 10. Do not eat here. Sorry to the owner and management. Your staff needs to do better. Our waiter was horrible! He was drunk or hungover(I’m not judging; I’ve been there). He just needed to try to give some kind of service. The shrimp on the po’boy was over-fried and dry. The tails were left on. I almost choked on one. To top it off, my friends paid for food they did not eat. Literally, 2 bites and they pushed it away. The worst part is we had to pay 18% gratuity because there were 6 of us. I do have to say the manager or the owner, I don’t know which he was, was super nice and understanding.

We stopped here after the cemetery tour and it was a nice spot. Service was good, food was just right and the air conditioning was refreshing!

Simple place but when we stumbled in, we knew that this would be a must stop every time we are in town! Not good with remembering names but the bar tender was next level. :)

Poor atmosphere, the food was heavily over priced 80$ for 4 low end tier sandwiches. The sever was completely drunk slurring words as they stumbled about at one point even handing us the entire order taking tab. While we ate they proceeded to use our left over credits on the poker machines.

Food was incredibly overpriced for gas station quality slop. The server was sloshed, aggressive, and rude. He also played our slot machine credits as we ate. Constantly harassed us to buy more drinks. Worst environment in the French Quarter. 0/10

I wish I had a picture to share, but I didn't even take any because I was so busy having a blast! Roast beef Po' Boy with dipping gravy on the side, as recommended by Ben, who truly embodies southern hospitality, was exceptional. We live in Tampa, and we will be back! #TeamJnJinNOLA
