Da GM's Smoke & Soul BBQ

This is the food truck that I believe was at the Jacksonville Jazz Festival 2025 because I tried searching for them in Jacksonville but couldn’t find a location. If so, the food was fire!🔥

Hear me when I say (or type), the brisket nachos was a 20 out of 10! Never had anything like it but was thoroughly impressed. Hopefully I get a chance to experience them again soon in Jax.

if not, if I’m I’m ever back in NOLA, I will be sure to visit them.

I will admit the slaw was FIRE! I loved it. The service was also great. The pork chop, the wings, and the BBQ sandwich just tasted like it was drenched in store bought thick bbq sauce. I would not recommend unless they start making their own sauce and use an appropriate amount.
