The seasoned red potatoes & butter in lieu of chips were a delicious surprise. I had the stuffed trout which was excellent. Service with a smile must be their motto, because that is what I got. Next trip I definitely want to check out the small pies for dessert.

The fried platter for around $85 was way too much for the 5 of us to eat! So beware what you order lol! The boiled potatoes for a starter was everything and will have us coming back. Thee best bbq shrimp we had in NOLA is right here!!! Drinks are delish as well. Definitely coming back in our next trip!

Food was good. It was a bit busy and a wait but it was friendly.

Definitely one of my favorites in New Orleans. You have to try out this place. From customer service to great variety of food on their menu, you can't go wrong with pretty much anything from their listings. My two favorites are the Seafood platter and the Oyster Po-boy. I could eat here for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Absolutely incredible experience here. We had Brad and James as our servers. They were incredibly kind and helpful. The food was delicious and the portions are huge. Our drinks were also tasty. Our favorite meal in New Orleans so far.

The food here was absolutely incredible! Every dish was bursting with flavor. Our server, Sean, was fantastic – friendly and attentive. If you're in NOLA, this place is a must-try!

The salad was fresh, but the only vegetable in it was lettuce and the rest was sugar coated. The redfish was very fishy tasting in a bad way. The chocolate cake was very old and stale. The staff were absolutely lovely!

Vegetarian options: Not great, fish was ok if you eat that, but otherwise no protein options.

Gluten free fryer! Had the fried catfish and shrimp dinner and the BBQ shrimp. Great to be able to eat some gluten free southern staples. Our bartender, Lisa, was so helpful and funny. I'd come here all the time if I lived in New Orleans.

I wanted to take my fiancé to have authentic seafood in New Orleans for his first time coming to the city, and we were so impressed at the very first bite of our food. On top of that, our server was great and made sure to keep up with us promptly, and we loved the retro vibes of the restaurant itself. Try the gumbo and bbq shrimp pasta!

Best New Orleans experience, ask for Ryan and sit at the bar!!! He is literally the host with the most. Knowledge, funny, and has the best recommendations!

We came for dinner the first night and ended up coming for lunch the day after.

Fresh oysters were delightful, crawfish etouffee was on time, the way it should be, the crab dip with crostinis was 100% all crab no filler, stuffed shrimp to die for!

We will most definitely be back the next time we're in town!

We ate here twice during our visit to the French Quarter. Decor is straight back to cafeteria days with old fashioned belt run fans!
Instead of bread, small potatoes and butter are brought to the table! Expect great seafood, po boys, salads, and traditional items! Service was excellent and the bread pudding was great!

Outstanding! Was in town for a long weekend and Deanie's was a recommendation. True to the story the food was excellent.

What really stood out was our server, Myron. Pleasant and professional, he was training another server during our dinner. Really appreciated him taking the time with the young gentleman and showing him the ropes. Truly made an impression on us.

Will visit again when back in town!
