I visited this spot on my trip to Nola and I’m so glad I did. I ordered the Dungeness Crab Plate ? (crabs, head-on shrimp, turkey neck, potatoes, and corn).This plate was so delicious???? the butter sauce is to die for!!! The shrimp were bomb too and that turkey neck baby the BEST I ever had in my life I would come back just for the turkey necks alone. I do wish it was both crab clusters tho and not just one.

Somewhat positive- The food is pretty good. We got a shrimp plate and a salmon plate The shrimp platter was well seasoned but the salmon, not so much. It was too dry and crunchy in the wrong spots but that sauce that they put on the corn was really really good!The negative- the service was absolutely terrible!! They really need a new staff because that alone would make me not go back. And it took soooooooo long to get the food.

The food was delicious...only issue was that my sister and I ordered the same thing and her plate was ALOT fuller than mine...I didn't complain bc I don't like to do that with food but the food was so GOOD I most definitely wanted as much as everyone else. But definitely go try them out! It's a small spot which I like . They also started to play music, which was fun!p.s .The pecan candy was good...

Honestly the food is delicious, but the service is TERRIBLE. If you have time to wait you wont be disappointed, but if you on your lunch break like most of us, be prepared to be LATE returning. They really need to do something about the wait time, I love the food but I just can't take the long

Ran out of steak sauce. There were no napkins and I asked for some and was told they were out but I could get some out of the bathroom. I had to go get them when I got done eating. Didn’t feel my mom should have to go get them out the bathroom but other than that the food was good!

Nice location , service was outstanding but the food yeah I wasn't crazy about it at all . Everything was cold except the potatoes, the corn was half cooked , the Turkey necks were flavorful . The sauce was a bit bland but maybe I should have asked for more .

The customer service received was horrible at best. When it was brought up to our waiter, He stated that my check was not that much money So why was I complaining? I personally went to the bar and got refills for everyone's water because no one acknowledged our empty cups. The waiter told me if no one else is complaining, then why am I? He was very defensive with his words. A simple my bad, we will try to do better next time would have been well received given that we come there with so many people each year as a birthday tradition. No one acknowledged the extreme wait period for our food and when we asked our waiter he seemed bothered.

I'd give this place a zero if I could. Waited over an hour for take out. Food never came. Many angry customers. Could not handle the orders for take out. Plus we were the only Latinos in the place. Stay awayI saw for the first time reverse discrimination...I felt really bad for the young girl behind the counter left alone to handle the disaster. Where was the Manager? THE WORST EXPERINCE I have had !! Don't bother, dont waste your time. Literally....Left hungry and upset.

We ordered 3 items: 1/2 dozen oysters ~$16.50, snow clusters $23.99 and Dungeness clusters $23.99 via uber eats. Only received 2items!Even though we let uber know instantly they refused any refund for the missing item. Paid over ~$85 just for this!The oysters were super salty. So was the crab. But the crabs in itself was good. The sauce is very different from what they have in other cities. I wish they responded to the issue. Especially when I tried to let them know instantly what went wrong.
