I arrived during breakfast hours and waited in line with only one cashier. By the time I reached the counter—just minutes after 11—I was told breakfast was no longer available. While I understand policies, it’s frustrating when customers who arrive on time are penalized for long lines. Some flexibility or a grace period would really improve the experience. I booked a $15 uber to come here specifically and was not interested in a greasy burger at 11 am

‘The best house salad’ I had was one of the best salads I’ve had in a while.. It was SO fresh and delicious. I didn’t even have time or the thoughts to snap a picture bc I literally inhaled it. (Get their HOT chicken. YUMM).. also the dressing is made fresh in house and I told them they should bottle and sell it bc it was one of the lightest but strongest flavored dressings I’ve e.v.e.r had. If I could have this secret recipe I would never use another dressing again!

Their homemade cinnamon roll is hugeee & like almost crispy & caramelized on top but ridiculously soft and moist on the inside at the same time?? I have no idea how they accomplish this.. im not even a cinnamon roll fan but my friend I was with got one and made me try a bite and im sooo glad she did cause i went right up the counter and got one for myself and then one more for me to go 😂

If I return to NOLA, I will 100000% return here and get all the same things I got + venture out to try all the other things that looked sooo incredible. If the rest of their menu is as good as my items (& coffee) then you can’t go wrong with anything here.

It also helped that the people that were working were so friendly, outgoing, and accommodating. Cool employee(s) alert!!

I wish I could’ve taken a photo of my food! But I was too busy eating it lol. The atmosphere and the service were great. I’ve been in NOLA for two days and have eaten here twice already. The chicken sliders were delicious, the egg, cheese, and bacon on a biscuit was delicious too! I recommend iced Vietnamese coffee on a warm day. In the morning I had the best dirty chai latte I’ve ever had!

So, yes, the food is crazy good, like holy-crap good, but that’s the cleanest kitchen I’ve ever seen in all my years of food service; my partner kept having to get my attention because I was pointing out stuff like, “look how clean the vent grates are… you can tell they pull out everything to mop at night.” Attention to detail in every aspect, from food to service, need to come back for breakfast now.
