All 3 plates of food were NOT hot enough. room temperature at best. Our server was fine though. Very disappointed. We didn't have time to send our food back or we would have. This experience has caused us to not go back to this restaurant any more.

We were a party of four and were looking forward to dining at Domenica. The service was very good. Shout out to Caroline, our server. The small Caesar salad was great. I ordered the lasagna. It was very cheesy and had a minimal amount of meat sauce. I was not pleased with it. My husband had the rabbit pasta dish. He mentioned that the sauce was so strong, he could not taste the rabbit or the porcini mushrooms. We ordered the grilled shrimp appetizer. It was good but too salty. My girlfriend ordered the shrimp pasta dish, which was barely lukewarm when it was served. The only good entree was the pizza, which my girlfriend's husband ordered. We each had two cocktails and our bill was $300. Additionally, they have a 3% up charge for patrons who use their credit card to pay for their meals. Personally, this policy is atrocious for a nice dining establishment in an elegant, upscale hotel. None of us plan to go to this establishment again. There are too many other options in downtown New Orleans.

Great service from start to finish— thank you, Vaughn! The banana cake dessert is a necessity.

Heather was our server and we LOVED her. Everyone's food was perfect. Heather recommended the swordfish and she was 100% spot on. The veal was also excellent.

We have dined here several times; usually enjoying our time and food. This time we had 6 people in our party. While our server, heather, was wonderful, the food was not. All 6 meals (4 pasta dishes and 2 pizzas) came out cold. As we were heading to a show we did not send them back. I am writing this review so as to make management aware and make the appropriate changes before this becomes common place.

We had such a great experience at dinner. The food and drinks were amazing, and we will definitely be back. While the entire service team was excellent, Heather definitely stood out and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our time at Domenica.

Everything was phenomenal, including our server Heather who was just absolutely lovely and had the best recommendations. The lasagna and caccio e pepe were some of the best we've ever had. Highly recommend!

Everything was great, food was fantastic, ambience was great but the service was by far the best experience

I have eaten here several times before. The updated decor is too dark and the overhead lighting is inadequate. My profiles on OT has a note that I am visually impaired and requested a table with good light and natural light. This was not the table we got. The food, as always is excellent. Our server was excellent, friendly, professional, and made great recommendations on food. She is someone I would hire if I owned my business.

The food and service was good. We ordered the chefs choice cheese, meat and olives for an appetizer. The meatballs, rabbit and lasagna was all good.

I had my dinner last night at Domenica and it was an amazing experience. The service was warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming-the kind of hospitality that makes you feel like you've been regular for years. I ordered the clam pizza and lasagna and both dishes were absolutely fantastic, pizza was perfectly crispy and just right balance of garlic and herbs. The lasagna was rich and comforting. You can tell they put real care into their ingredients and preparation. If you're in New Orleans and craving fresh Italian food, Domenica should be at the top of your list

First, a huge shoutout to our server she was amazing and our dining experience was excellent. We enjoyed a white pizza prepared perfectly & a giant vanilla gelato for dessert. The ambience of this venue can't be understated; the lighting is subtle & we felt like we were the only table being waited on. You shouldn't miss this very special dining in NOLA!

Went for dinner, started with a charcuterie board. Ordered the Prosciutto, Mortadella and Parmigiano Reggiano. Everything was excellent. Serving the standard ciabatta bread instead of the fried dough would have been great. The fried dough was good but the regular bread served warm would be equally as good. The lasagna and cacio y pepe were both quite good and should not be overlooked. Service was attentive and available exactly when required. The atmosphere of the facility was nice, but that hardly matters when the quality of the food and service is where it's supposed to be.
