Just had a Caesar salad to start; it was good. The main courses we chose were the garganelli with duck and pork, and the veal Milanese. The pasta was just ok; the veal was rather flavorless. We've had better elsewhere...

We've enjoyed dining at Domenica for many years now. Their lasagna was as delicious this time as it ever has been. I love when restaurants are consistent. Our server, Heather, was delightful. She made our day with her detailed descriptions of menu options, and her sunny, funny personality! Domenica continues to be a favorite. Bravo!

Whenever we come to New Orleans, we stop by Domenica for the cauliflower and a pizza. Always delicious and Leah was a wonderful server- attentive and friendly.

Original prep of traditional Italian- especially the lasagna. Excellent. Enjoyed the antipasto and the creative dessert.

Took advantage of Domenicas happy hour to enjoy half prize pizza and drink specials. But had to start with the meatballs and polenta always delicious . Ordered the tutti carne pizza which is a favorite. Ordered the blood orange and blackberry Bellinis which were on special and my companion ordered a Chianti. Ended the meal with gelato and chocolate and coconut offering. Justin our server was very engaging and a professional waitstaff

As always, a great meal and experience. The space is a bit loud, making conversation not easy.

Always love Domenica! Their happy hour is phenomenal and the gluten free crust actually tastes good!

This was our first time here, and we shall return. The roasted cauliflower with a melted feta cheese sauce was very good, and fairly healthy. My veal Milanese was excellent. I can't believe I ate the whole thing ... but my husband helped. We enjoyed the crispy breadcrumb coating fried on top a lean boneless veal cutlet. My husband's shrimp and squash soup was also very good. The location is great, close to the Saenger, and inside the Roosevelt Hotel.

It was a busy night but that's no excuse. The food was inedible. I mean it was so bad that I didn't eat my entree. Not only was it cold but had zero flavor. A crab pasta with zero crab. So many other great places in NOLA

The restaurant itself is beautiful, but the service, food, and pricing were all very disappointing. First, we waited 30 minutes to be seated despite plenty of open tables. Second, our server, Zach, rarely checked on us and forgot several things we requested — but after waiting so long just to be seated, we didn’t have time to wait any longer during lunch. Finally, I don’t mind if a restaurant chooses to charge $4 per small Coke refill, but if that policy isn’t disclosed, charging $12 for three small glasses mostly filled with ice is unacceptable.

On top of that, the additional 3% “admin fee” — which also wasn’t advertised — is absurd. This was my first and last visit, and I sincerely hope others will speak up about these issues too.

The restaurant is not what it used to be. John and his crew need to do a revamp to bring it back up to its full glory.

The atmosphere at Domenica was absolutely amazing warm, vibrant, and full of that welcoming Southern charm. Our waitress was phenomenal, incredibly attentive, friendly, and gave us excellent recommendations that were spot on every time.

I started with a Caesar salad, enjoyed a beautifully cooked swordfish entrée that was flavorful and perfectly seasoned, and had one of their fresh, creative cocktails it was such a great pairing. To finish, I tried the banana dessert and honestly, it was to die for. The perfect sweet ending to a wonderful meal.

If you’re in New Orleans and looking for great food, fantastic service, and a classy yet comfortable vibe, Domenica is a must-visit!

My first time, I was serviced by Heather. She’s a star who truly knows hospitality, and Alessandro was great too. Tonight, Jessica the host welcomed me like family, and Lydia provided amazing service. Delilah’s professionalism and care keep me coming back. The shrimp, Caesar salad, and hazelnut pudding are some of the best in town. Boris, you have a wonderful team, and it really shows your commitment to the community. Thank you

Our table was ready when we arrived, and we were greeted by a lovely hostess. Our waiter Evan was very attentive. We enjoyed a bottle of Belle Gloss Pinot Noir. Extensive wine menu with wonderful selections to suit every budget. We had the roasted cauliflower and the Pizze which were delicious. Affogato and the Tiramisu martini topped it off. It is a lively atmosphere and got quite loud by the end of dinner. We had a terrific table by the window, which lended itself to some pretty eclectic people watching! Overall give this an A+. It was a perfect place to have a pre-concert dinner. Highly recommend!

This was one of the first Italian places, I tried when I moved here to New Orleans. I love this place.
