Some of the best food I've ever tasted, and it's been exactly this way for decades. You must go here. I got the hot smoked sausage (dressed up, of course) and was making sounds I probably shouldn't make in public. Eat here.
This restaurant is an absolute New Orleans treasure.
First off, the service is so friendly. Everyone working there must be family because they make this sandwich shop so welcoming.
The fries are the most unique French fries I’ve maybe ever had. Because of their weird shape and ridges, they fry up real nice and hold onto salt beautifully. They are on the thicker potatoy side, but amazing nonetheless.

Top shelf NoLa po-boys! Space is just fantastic and old school. Sandwiches are to die for! Went with the fried oyster and was not disappointed! Very helpful and efficient staff! Couldn't ask for a better experience in New Orleans!
