Not a big fan of this dominos at all! I only order as a last option and something wrong everytime. You no longer get a marinara sauce with any bread like before, now you are charged for any and all sauce $2 for 1 when online it’s .99! It just doesn’t make sense and the service is just like deal with it! Downtown 9th ward nobody in here has professionalism. Plus you can’t place an order unless you prepay for it apparently due to people placing orders and not picking them up. Last pizzas look like personal pizzas and not mediums, I love dominos but not this location

Driver called and said he was outside, I immediately went out to meet him. Not there, waited 10 minutes and called as tracker said delivered. Called and was told he will be there and was hung up on. Waited and called back only to have driver show up. Our salad was substituted for the one we ordered.Meal was good. But service lacking.
Only one guy here he says he's by himself but didn't take my order till 10 minutes later he's working hard but this I'd ridiculous

Such a scam. I am passing by in a sailboat and got stuck at the St. Claude Bridge for the lock and dam on St. Claude Avenue. We order some pizza since we have to wait 2 hrs to pass through the lock. The address the person on the phone put was incorrect address to Claiborne bridge so we called the store to have it changed and I was hung up on 4 times and was insulted. At this point I don't even want my pizza after asking for the drivers call info and then talking to the driver who was also hypertensive. I called for a refund and was able to get the refund but then for some reason the money was taken back out. I call the store back and apparently they're all the manager until I explain the issue then they say "oh call back when the manager is here." Everyone's so unhelpful and stuck up whole time I just wanted my meal or my money back. Not the customers fault they hate the job they applied for. Anyways here to say if the real store manager can reach out to me that would be great. I would appreciate my refund and for it to stay in my account not get it taken back out.
