Gave me dried burnt pizza and told me nothing was wrong with it!!! Punk in there talking crazy to a women not using gloves, licking fingers… just trifling. Touching phone then touching food. Horrible customer service.. Manager scared to handle employees because big punk in there think he own the place making $12h not even ordering my kid pizza from there no more! Nasty ?

Store manager was super rude. Me and my daughter is living in a hotel right now and I wanted some plates and napkins. The store manager slammed the door in my face after handing my pizza out which was the wrong pizza. Also, the pizza wasn’t even hot. Please never visit this store.

I ordered 2 pizzas got 1. I ordered chicken wings they were burnt. When I called they had an attitude with me. Told me to come pick up the pizza after telling the man I was from out of town I had no car that’s why I did delivery. He I had 2 choices pick up the pizza or he can give me credit. Advice non of that works for me I still have a family to feed. He left me on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back he said I told you I was going to give you credit.

Very horrible customer service. The driver arrived in my neighborhood at 8:26pm and she was five minutes away from my house then all of a sudden when I went back to track my order it says delivered but the driver had never brought it. So I called the store and an employee answered and was less than helpful. I kept explaining to him that my order says delivered but I never received it and the only thing he told me was “She coming, she coming” with an attitude. So I asked him well why would she mark it as delivered and she know she hasn’t delivered it yet and I also asked him is there any way I can call her ?Again he proceeds to tell me the same thing “She coming, she coming”. Didn’t apologize or offer any other solution so I just said okay bc at that point I’m getting frustrated. So I waited outside again, 15 minutes has past and the driver still haven’t arrived. So I called the store again and the same employee I spoke to earlier answered and I asked to speak to a manager. He quickly put me on hold and then picked the phone up acting like he was the manager like I wouldn’t be able to tell his voice. Again I explained the situation and he’s still telling me the same thing “She’s coming , she’s coming” with no other solution again. After that I just hung up the phone bc I knew I wasn’t getting anywhere with him. The driver finally arrived about 15 minutes of hanging up. She was very apologetic to me about my order unlike the so called manager. I have never had a customer service person disrespect me like that in my life. Like I don’t understand how you disrespect the customer because your driver messed up. Definitely won’t be ordering anything else from them.

Every six months I somehow forget how bad this location is and give it a try. Crust too thick and undercooked. Barely any sauce or toppings, even when you pay for extra. Delivery drivers expect you to come to the car, even when you opt for contactless delivery. Half the time they cancel your order after you have waited for an hour and they don’t answer the phone or provide an explanation. I get that Dominos is fast food pizza, but the quality and price don’t match.

In the brink of Mardi Gras night, Fat Tuesday, we ordered take out. It was taking longer, as to be expected, so we decided to go pick it up. The people working were super nice even though they were slammed. We got fresh hot pizza, the people were super pleasant and the experience was nice. Thank you for being great especially on a stressful day.

We ordered a pizza for delivery at 6:20 tonight, the order tracker shows it was done at 6:45…it is now 9:20 and we haven’t received our pizza or been able to reach them to find out what’s happening. Worst experience. *Update: Never received our order and were never able to reach anyone through Domino’s to assist us. I simply disputed the charge on my credit card…but I would have rather had the pizza! Lol.
