Called after the forgot parts of my order the young lady on the phone had a nasty attitude and hung up in my face I called back to speak with a manager and they seem like they could care less and told me all the can do is issue me a store credit for the missing items

The worst, if youâre going to have someone at the register that canât speak English, thatâs a problem, when walking out my arm got cut, on the hinge on the door as I was bleeding asked for a first aid band-aid, nothing but crickets, again he didnt understand English, asked for manager, none onsite, also after questioning a staff member, they informed me no first aid kit onsite

I was have a horrible day, today is my sons bday. I had to get cupcakes and pizza and go to work after working my morning job. I only had hour to do it all.
I walk in at 11am and 15 minutes later I had pizza for the class party.
My order was taken by a lovely mom to be. She was kind professional and made all my fears melt away. I wanted to be on time for my son and my job.
I was on time for both, the pizza was delicious and the service was wonderful.
I cant remember her name but I do remember she treated me as a valuable customer. Normally I dont want to come in to a store but this wonderful pizza chef makes me want to come in more just to be treated with her kindness. I work alot so when I encounter kindness its important to always want to be around someone who is kind even if I have to buy a pizza to do so.
The world is so rushed, her kindness, patience and ease made me calm.

I ORDERED ONLINE FOR A CARRYOUT. I ARRIVES AND NO ONE WORE GLOVES. I ASKED A WORKER ABOUT WHY NO GLOVES WERE WORN HE REPLIED THEY DONT EVER WEAR THEM. I DEMANDED A INSTANT REFUND.

When I entered the store I was greeted with a warm smile. The store was clean. The Team members were kind and knowledgeable. I received my order in a timely manner. My food was amazing. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

This may be my final straw with Dominoâs. This location needs to be completely retrained. They can not handle tough situations at all. Ovens broken, employees fighting, terrible treatment of customers.
I understand things happen but these are NOT the ways to interact with your customer. 0/10 experience.

Just not like it was .. the poor toppings and quality of toppings . Just don't get anything on it .. I don't want bread with hardly anything on it
The pizza was so good I forgot to take pictures. We got Deliver and it was outstanding. Had their stuff crust pizza. It is now on the top on my list as far as stuffed crust pizza goes. The pizzas were steamy and delivery was outstanding.

I placed an order at this place, and when I arrived, the woman had a terrible, rude attitude. She didn't even want to open the window. When she finally opened the window, after a while, she told me the order wasn't ready, that she had just received it. How is it possible that the tracking system tells me it's ready, but it isn't, and there isn't even a receipt. When I asked for my money back, she didn't want to give it to me. I had to insist several times to get it back. Definitely don't go to this store. Total lack of respect and consideration.

Delivery is always on point. For example, I've been just sitting here staring at my pizza for the last five minutes. Why is that, you ask? (You didn't, but here we are...) The reason I have yet to consume the aforementioned pizza is simply because it is so hot, so fresh, that I cannot, as yet, hold it comfortably in my hand.
