0 stars , BUT THIS is not an option. Never received my order after I confirmed by phone when contacted that I would have to pick up. Drove all the way there just for them to tell me my order was cancelled. Guess I’ll have to resort to trusty ole Pizza Hut, at least then my belly will be full.

Life over Existence

Last time I buy here. Card machine wasn't working, so my husband had to go find an ATM. After all that he comes home with cold pizza, just to open the box and find that both pizzas had the wrong toppings; I even double-checked the receipt to make sure I ordered it correctly, and I had. On top of that, they didn't include the two containers of ranch I paid for. I called the store to talk with someone, and was on hold for like five minutes, when someone finally picked the phone up they just set it off the hook, I guess so they wouldn't have to listen to it ring. I could hear people in the background, but no one answered. Save your money, go somewhere else.

I normally use the General Meyer location (2510) whenever my family and I want pizza. In the past, the food and service was among the best experiences for us at Domino's. Tonight was the worst experience that I've ever had from a Domino's location. I ordered a pepperoni and Italian sausage pizza and a meatzza pizza. The employee working the window gave the impression that she didn't want to be at work. Both pizzas looked as if someone just randomly threw the toppings on the middle of the pizza. The meatzza pizza had cheese on top of the toppings as if someone remembered at the last minute that they forgot to put the cheese on the pizza. I was so disappointed in my experience, that I've vowed to never return to this location even if it means that I have to travel an additional 10 miles to get a pizza.

Placed an order online the order didnt go through however my card was charged, me thinking it will be refunded since the order wasnt complete nor did i get the food. So i placed another order and my card was charged again. When the food came the driver was clueless. I contacted the online website for ordering and entered a complaint to this date no one has contacted me so i called the store spoke with Brian (manager) he was no help, he said he said that i had a order but he doesnt see i was charged twice. I told him I have both receipts on my phone and he stated to do a fraudulent active with my account, so basically you ask me to commit fraud. And on top of that the pizza made me sick and up set my stomach, Dominos you just lost a great customer, this store sucks!

I need a district manager to reach out to me! I went to this location and ordered 3 pizzas. One was supposed to be a pan pizza. Got home and realized it was not a pan pizza. I only eat pan pizzas. I called the store and they said they don’t have pan pizzas? So does that mean they don’t have the bread for it? But they shouldn’t allow you to order it online if they don’t have the product avilable. Or if they have to substitute they need to call and ask if it’s ok to substitute. Not just substitute and not even tell you. The guys who answered the phone said I would get a $10 credit on my phone number. I asked him what was his name so I would know who I had spoken with so if there was an issue with the credit, I would have a name. He said he didn’t have to give me his name so I asked for the manager. A woman claiming to be the manager came to the phone I asked her name she refused to give me her name. She said why should I need a name if she told me there was a credit. She got quiet for a moment and the finally said Treyneea. I asked her if that was her real name since she had taken so long to respond. She asked agin why I needed to know and I told her that sometimes credits can get lost and I just wanted a name and that I didn’t intend on reporting anyone or anything. Then she hung up on me! Straight hung up in my face. I called back and another lady answered and I asked her who was the manager on duty and she said Treyneea was the manger on duty. I asked to speak with Treyneea again. I asked her why she hung up on me and she said she didn’t have anything else to say to talk about to me and. I told her I was now going to report it to her district manager and write a review and she hung up on me again! No business should be run like that. If the head of any business is not working properly the rest of the team will follow. She is a pitiful manager and a poor representation of Dominos. Her behavior is why the man who first answered the phone felt he shouldn’t give his name because she is setting that precedent and allowing that. Serving wrong pizzas. I don’t really want the credit now. I just want my money back as I don’t feel comfortable eating at that location anymore. She needs to be truly reprimanded. Apparently she had no fear or respect for upper management because when I informed her I was going to report her she still hung up on me. She needs to be fired. I know it’s hard to find employees these days but with her mentality she needs to be replaced. Mistakes can be forgiven but deliberate rudeness not once but twice to a polite customer with legitimate grievances should not be tolerated and I suggest she be fired! hope the district manger reads this and is a person who wants to see a business run in a respectable manner and takes action on this matter.

The Employees Attitudes are Horrible. Employees Foul Mouth language is routine and loud enough for the customer to hear, but they do not care.

I ask for half-and-half half meat and half cheese with extra cheese. Cheese was only applied to one side for some reason. This is ridiculous and an embarrassment. they also said 10 to 20 minutes I was there in 15 and for some reason my pizza was still cold

I made a huge mistake by trying to order my food at 11:15pm the staff was ready to leave so they told me they was not about to make my food, I already paid over the phone so the guy canceled my order then gave me some wings and pizza that I did not want.. the pizza and wings look like they had been sitting out for hours, when I left I just threw the food away I couldn’t even eat it.
