I would rate it all 0’s. I waited over an hour for them to deliver the food. After that I called and asked how long will it and they hanged up on me. They need a new manager or a whole new staff. They will collect your money and not deliver the food and that is unacceptable.

Consistently poor service. We literally drive to the Domino's on Terry Parkway to pick up rather than have them deliver. I have never once had them show up on time.

I had a horrible experience at Domino’s Pizza (General Meyer location) today, Jan. 4th 2024.I attempted to redeem a free medium emergency pizza, and I also purchased 16 piece Parmesan bites and the 5 cheese dip.Upon arrival to Domino’s I checked in. I waited and waited for my order but it didn’t come out.I flagged down a crew member and informed him that I had been waiting for a significant period of time.Finally, my order came. In lieu of the extended time the manager (Danny) provided a 2 liter drink for the mishap.When I arrived home I noticed that Portions of my pizza didn’t have cheese on the slices. I called the store and spoke to the manager (Danny) about the pizza. Danny informed me the pizza would be replaced only after I returned the original pizza to the store.I requested that my 16 piece Parmesan bites and the cheese dip be remade also with the pizza. Danny refused and said, “the only thing that will be replaced is the pizza”.When I arrived back to Domino’s, Danny gave me a lot of lip and not good customer service. Ultimately, I had to ask for a refund. Danny grudgingly said he would provide me with a refund, however, he would not give me a receipt to verify that refund.I returned all of the items, but Danny didn’t give me my pizza!What a waste of my time, not to mention my fuel.Do yourselves a favor and get pizza from somewhere else.It’s really bad when you can’t get good customer service from a manager of a well known food franchise.What a horrible experience! The app wouldn’t allow me to leave a picture of the pizza.

The handmade pan pizza is by far the best fast service pizza around, it’s a shame it only comes in medium but we get just get multiple. It’s so delicious. The employees at this location are always very polite..I usually pick up so I don’t have feedback on delivery service but in-house is great. thanks so much Dominos!

If I could put 0 stars I would. My experience with this dominos was terrible and I didn’t even receive my food. I ordered a large 2 topping pizza and loaded tots for delivery Thursday night. My delivery time was 55-65 minutes which I was fine with. I was checking the app and realized my food had been ready for 30 minutes but had not left the restaurant. At that point it had been an hour since I ordered my food. I called in to get hung up on the first time when I asked about my delivery order. When I called back the employee answered and said “ if you are calling about a delivery order they are delayed we only have one driver.” I can understand being frustrated at work but hanging up on customers is unacceptable. I understand orders were delayed but they did no part in letting me, the customer, know that. I asked the worker how many orders were in front of mine and he told me “a lot” to which I asked for a number amount. His attitude was terrible and disgusting and at that point I cancelled my order due to the terrible customer service. If you order from here and have to call the restaurant I would just cancel my order.

Ordered the pizzas today and it said that it would be about 20 mins. An hour and 20 mins later I finally get the pizzas. I tried calling the store for over an hour with no one answering the phones. These pizzas were for nurses for their lunch break. It was frustrating to say the least.

Over an hour and pizza was never delivered. Called to say that driver had 2 flats smh. Worst delivery experience ever!
