should have read the reviews before ordering on Dominos site. Pizza arrived cold, didn't get all the items I ordered and paid; this location obviously has some issues. And I tipped 25% using online ordering. I want my money back.

Update: always a worse expierence. Waited over an hour for pizza that didn’t leave store yet. And pizza got here WRONG. FULL of garlic when I labeled no garlic
Update : idk why I ordered here again. Order wrong. They wouldn’t come back and pick it up. Tried calling. Spent 10 min getting the phone call ended. One girl cursed and mocked with the people in the background. Then continued to answer and redirect my call wouldn’t say anything. How do you treat someone like this when you got their order wrong? Then I tipped and couldn’t even get a hello from the deliverer who took off with my drink as well. The disrespect is so sad. WAITED 40 min For the corrected pizza and brought it wrong AGAIN
DIDNT EVEN CUT PIZZA!!! 2 days of wrong order. First time they smothered in garlic. Asked delivery driver if it was correct before tipping. Had to hold the order & wait for a fresh one. Almost a hour later. & this pizza today has oregano again.
Ordered a pan pizza with extra cheese and cheddar and cheese bread. Bread was missing a lot of cheese. Pizza was not a pan, did not have cheddar, and minimal cheese.

I guess there is a first for everything. My pizza was falsely marked as delivered (30 minutes after my scheduled delivery time). When I called to get further information the man at the store decided it was best to start yelling at me and hung up on me. When the pizza was finally delivered the delivery man was very kind but my pizza was cold and I didn’t receive all the items ordered.

Negative stars for service? Got yelled at when I called to ask about the pizzas after they sent me a notification saying it was confirmed as delivered. 30 minutes and one yelling at later and we have cold pizza and not all the items we ordered... The delivery driver was nice, no hate to him but glad to know the New Orleans Dominos hires the worst of the worst for their managers. Would hate to be a driver for someone who feels comfortable yelling at customers for asking a question without a raised voice or anything.

I know this is a dominos- I wasn’t expecting amazing anything. We ordered for delivery at 11:50pm where it very clearly states that if you order before midnight your food will be delivered. Our order was canceled with no reason at 12:15. Most restaurants close at 12 so we could have gotten food elsewhere if we had been told our food wouldn’t have been delivered in time up front.
