Our order was not taken correctly, we purchased the extra meal that was added anyway, but a good server would have acknowledged their mistake. The pho was not flavorful. The crab rangoons are over priced for the quality (no lump crab meat). The spring roll was excellent.

We visited the restaurant website and selected order online. It took us to an order website where we placed our order and paid. Went the restaurant and gave our name and order number. They said we don’t use that website anymore! I said but that’s where your website sent me. Blank stare… then attitude. like I had done something wrong. Walked out. Not worth spending another minute on them.

I really wanted to like this place. We came for lunch and the server was very rude. The food was too expensive for small portions.

Mr. Doson was so wonderful today. I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t have it in me to cook today. It was a supremely rainy day and many places weren’t open. It seemed he was the only staff member today due to the weather. My children love Doson’s. They cheered when the bag was brought into our home. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I’m a fan.

Chicken pho had zero flavor. Boiled white chicken meat with salty water. Probably the worst pho I’ve had in 15 years in New Orleans. I meant to take a photo because it looked like it tasted, but I needed my friend to take it out of my house because it was so bad.I’m ill and was really looking for something that I could eat. Pho is a go-to for me when I’m sick. I couldn’t eat more than my first bite. I’m probably complaining extra because of not feeling well and then being soooooooooooo disappointed. Maybe this will save someone else the same disappointment.

This place is dreary and a little dirty looking. Food was VERY unimpressive. We couldn't even order appetizers ahead of our meals b/c the server said that it was easier for the kitchen if we ordered everything at the same time... and even then some of our party of 7 had almost finished their food before the others had theirs brought out. There were only two other tables at the time of 2 and 3 people. NOTHING about this place would make me return.

Doson knows how to cook a diverse range of Vietnamese food. Some of the best I’ve had. Highly recommend the dishes and food there

After being seated I was just told they are getting ready to close for a private party . I was told to order something to go or leave. That has got to make my top 3 on worse restaurant experiences.
