BEAUTIFUL place! We were lucky enough to get a table in the courtyard late Thursday. The ambiance, food and champagne flights were wonderful. I am a brussel sprouts connoisseur and theirs were the best of ever had and looked like art on the plate. We each got different champagne flights and the half servings were incredibly generous. The owner was so gracious. And…..VEGAN / PLANT-BASED options! A++

Unlike the stiff, formal atmosphere you might expect from a wine/champagne focused bar, Effervescence embraces a distinctly laid-back vibe. The soft lighting, comfortable seating, and gentle background music create an environment where you can truly unwind while enjoying some of the finer things in life. It is extremely versatile. You can have an intimate date night or a great group outing and not feel out of place. The food was nothing short of extraordinary. We had the oysters, the crepe and the brussel sprouts. The food arrived quickly eating it felt like we were on a culinary utopia. If you're looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy an evening of exceptional food and drink without the stuffiness that often accompanies upscale dining, Effervescence delivers on all fronts. My wife and I left already planning our return visit for the next day.

Spent Valentine's Day there and had a marvelous time! We had the Gulf Seafood Plateau for two that I would highly recommend, and the Swan Flottante for dessert...pure perfection!!! A special shout out to Caroline who was the epitome of the name of the restaurant, Effervescence!!! We will definitely be returning to celebrate our wedding anniversary in the summertime!!! Thanks again for the lovely time, beautifully executed and delicious cuisine, and a sexy ambiance...a five 🌟 experience!!! ❤️

I’m not sure if a lovely woman was the owner but if she was then it gave it a special touch knowing she takes the time to ask how everything is going. I love bubbles and if you do too don’t hesitate going there. Amazing selection, great ambience, outstanding service! If you’re visiting out of town stop by!

This is a nice, cozy champagne bar. Great for date night, girls night out or solo. The service was impressive, I was greeted as soon as I entered and seated promptly. They were consistent in making sure I was good and pleased with everything. I highly recommend 10 out of 10.
Almost missed this gem, Resy showed limited availability but the bar was completely open! Sophisticated place with lovely service & even better food! Dillon (bartender) recommended the “Never have I ever” flight - which was interesting & delicious. Dillon also suggested the oysters which were amazing, very similar to an east coast oyster with a delicate Meyer lemon mignonette & jalapeño garnish. I’m an oyster snob & these were nothing short of fabulous. I also had the shrimp chip which was also prepared well & very tasty. Although both the oysters & shrimp chip were amazing- I needed something more filling so I closed with the truffle fries. Overall a lovely experience away from the tourists & chaos. Drink bubbly everyday!

Service: on point. Not a moment went by we didn’t feel attended to.
Drinks: unreal! The champs flights were so delicious and the servers did a great job of educating us on what we were sipping.
Food: the food is shareable tapas and they came out in waves that were perfectly spaced. We loved the deviled eggs with caviar, the popcorn, and the cheese plate.
Atmosphere: beautiful little patio outside or you can sit inside which is pretty and mood lighting!

What a wonderful hidden champagne house. We had the wagyu frittes, Brussels sprouts, and the cheese wheel. Everything was so delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and the chef explained the dishes and was very passionate about them. Romantic ambiance and overall a fantastic place to vibe with friends or even make new ones.
