Elysian Catering is top notch. We recently held a reception for our partners in a hotel suite downtown. Not only is their communication timely, they knew all of the right questions to ask about our event so that they knew our vision. When they arrived onsite they had thought of every single detail- from utensils to the little name cards for each of the appetizers so we were not fielding dietary questions during the event. The quality of the food, delivery, and packaging was impeccable. Your search is over-- they deserve your business, and you deserve their quality.

Elysian Catering was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We consider ourselves foodies and our menu was a large focus for the wedding. We've eaten at some truly great restaurants but Elysian is up there with the best for flavor and presentation. Their ability to turn out food with so much detail and flavor for a wedding of 80+ was incredible.

From our very first conversation with Amelia we felt completely at ease. Her communication was warm, clear, and attentive—she truly listened to our vision and made the entire process feel effortless.

The tasting was an experience in itself—we were blown away by the creativity and flavor in each dish. Amelia worked closely with us to create a special off-menu appetizer that was meaningful to us, and seeing it come to life on the big day was unforgettable.

On the wedding day, everything ran so smoothly. The flow of service was seamless, the staff was incredibly professional and kind, and the food… wow. Guests are still talking about it months later! Every dish was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and left a lasting impression.

Elysian didn’t just cater our wedding—they elevated the entire experience. We’re so grateful to Amelia, Jen, Chef Brandon and the whole team for going above and beyond to make our day so special. If you want food that people will remember forever, this is the team.

Awesome owners & staff, responsive, punctual, professional, great food, great bar program, and highly competitive pricing. Our 150-person event was a hit. I will definitely use Elysian again in the future!

Carrie, Jen and the rest of the Elysian Events team were so wonderful to work with. They answered my request promptly, were upfront with their pricing, and did a wonderful job setting up, shucking oysters and cleaning up after my 40th party. The food was phenomenal! I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Amazing team!!!!

I can’t rave enough about Elysian Events! They catered and bartended a company happy hour for us at an employees house and they truly made the experience a breeze. I coordinated with Carrie Ann from states away and she was communicative the entire time, not only making sure we were good to go with menu options and bar choices, but reassuring me that our employees with dietary restrictions would be taken care of. The day of the event was a breeze, they were able to bring their own equipment and tables, which made our life much easier! When we arrived, the set up was beautiful, the food was yummy, and the drinks were so good! They get 5 stars from top to bottom - I would highly recommend them!

Elysian was incredible! It feels pretty cool to say the best wedding food I’ve ever had was at my own wedding! Every single bite was immaculate & our guests couldn’t stop raving. We got married in NOLA because of how big of foodies my partner and I are and it was the best decision we’ve ever made. We wish we could’ve taken some back with us to Denver!!! Elysian Catering is spectacular!!! Great interesting food that tastes beyond the best! Service terrific too. For a party you get to visit with friends instead of working! Hire them!

Not sure where to start. Everyone was extremely nice and very professional. They brought their own equipment- all they needed was our stove. We thought we had everything spotless before they came, but the kitchen and party area were even tidier when they departed. Obviously should also mention that the food was fantastic and was chosen from an easily accessible and diverse list of options. We rarely do catered things at our house, but the next time we do I wouldn't call anyone else.

A great catering company, with great people! I reached out to Carrie Ann to book a tasting for my wedding reception. Even in the midst of the super-bowl, scheduling was a breeze and they were very responsive to email communication. Their food is fantastic and they are eager to meet the needs of clients! They were very flexible and patient with my fiancé and I. I highly recommend their services.

Elysian was amazing to work with for our wedding! The communication was easy and they were so accommodating setting up a tasting for us even though we were out of state. The food was amazing, everything from apps all the way to the beignet bar at the end of the night! Our guests are still raving about the food!

I had a wonderful experience working with Carrie Ann and Jen for my Halloween-themed anniversary party. They were open to collaboration and had creative ideas. The food was outstanding, too! My planning company recently had the opportunity to work with the Elysian Catering team for a cocktail-style wedding reception at Race & Religious in New Orleans, and I couldn't speak more highly of their professionalism and ability to go above and beyond for their clients. Despite being in the thick of Wedding Season, Amelia and Jen were always just an email- or phone call- away. They were patient, professional, and helpful. On Wedding Day, the team was prompt, efficient, and put out a beautiful (and delicious!) buffet spread, along with passed apps, oysters, and bar service. Be kind to your catering and vendor teams- they're working so hard for you behind the scenes- Elysian is proof of that!

We had a wonderful experience with Elysian Catering. I’ve truly never had such a flawless party thanks to their detailed planning and preparation. We hosted a 70 person Welcome Drinks wedding party at our house and they provided appetizers and a lovely cocktail bar as well as an oyster bar which was a huge hit. Everything was delicious and they even left our kitchen spotless at the end of the night. I highly recommend their services and hope we can use them again in the future.
