Clean and nicely shucked oysters. The oysters were very large in size, so refreshing and delicious!! But, the condiments with the ouster's were lackluster -- so depressing. It really brought down the whole experience. The cocktail sauce -- too sweet, no horseradish (as the gentleman behind the counter, they don't give this by default), no mignonette, two lives of lemon for a dozen oysters. Great experience, wouldn't do it again.

One of the BEST spots in New Orleans! We started with the breakfast platter "just to be on the safe side" and this man's technique was truly the highlight of this meal. Please understand when I say our expectations were low because how can you mess up hash browns, eggs, andouille sausage, homemade biscuit and jam. But this man BLEW OUR MINDS. The ingredients were simple but the flavor was jam packed into every single detail. We decided to order the Louisiana Crab Cake and our minds are blown yet again. Oh and do yourself a favor and order the Salty Iguana from the bar. Absolutely insane.

Was here on a Saturday about noon. Ordered the raw oysters, and they were great. Fresh shucked, and I had two varieties. Excellent presentation and flavor. Since this is a food court, I ordered and they buzzed me when ready. The food court has a great vibe, and the bar is dead center. Will go again if in town.

The person behind the counter was so rude, she demanded a tip because the people in front of us didn't tip. Those people were my sister's and they didn't tip because of how incredibly rude she was to them. Besides the service, the food I got was just okay. I had the BBQ shrimp po'boy and the bread was overtoasted, flavour of the shrimp was alright but overall it was disappointing. My sister and wife got the crab cake burgers which were actually pretty good. But again, terrible service and we do not recommend going here.

Crab cake sandwich was amazing, the service was not... the lady serving us was extremely cold and rude for no reason. I have never experienced such horrible service. It’s a shame... don’t go here if you want a pleasant experience. She puts a bad name to New Orleans...

Came here while on our NOLA trip! We got the crab cakes (which was delicious!) and the shrimp poboy (the shrimp was great but the bread was extremely hard which made it unenjoyable). However, the service was HORRIBLE. The woman at the counter was very rude and curt, especially to questions we asked. When we started to pay, she pressured us into tipping her. She said that we better tip because the people before us didn’t (plot twist, those people were our sisters who didn’t tip because of her rude service). We always tip well, but won’t if the service doesn’t earn it, and DEFINITELY NOT if we’re being guilted into it! Absolutely ridiculous, we won’t be recommending this place to anyone.

We visited this place on our last day in NOLA. The food was so delicious, however the service was appalling. The cashier taking our order was rude from the start and very blunt for no reason..She was very unhelpful when my Apple Pay glitched, even though I immediately tried fixing my app to pay. This cashier was the only rude person I met in New Orleans during my whole trip, lowkey felt racially harassed by her ..... :/

Breakfast was amazing, be prepared to wait a little bit, but its well worth it. The dishes were elevated and very well designed. Definitely a must try! We greatly enjoyed the breakfast sandwich and hash bowl.

Woman at the counter was very rude and not helpful with my questions. I walked away not ordering since I didn’t feel welcomed.

TLDR; Decent food. Poor, unprofessional customer service!!! Came in with a family and a baby, but was met with incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL behavior. The lady behind the counter (wearing glasses) somehow felt the need to target our family with UNWELCOMING remarks. She felt entitled to a tip without having showed any degree of service. She proceeded to trash talk our table to every customer that came before/after us. We did in fact tip, because we felt they would tamper the quality of the food. I don't think paying customers should be treated in this manner.

Amazing shrimp poboy, crab cake, and crispy potatoes. They have vegetarian red beans and rice which was excellent. Highly recommend. Would definitely eat here again.

Excellent food hall in the warehouse district. Loved the atmosphere, the food choices, the decor. Highly recommend it!

Grilled oysters lacked any flavor and substance and the service was slow and server condescending. Will not go back to them. There are much better choices in New Orleans as we are a creole seafood town so don't waste your time.
