I appreciated the warm greeting and genuine smile. Professional attitude and knowledge of all questions we asked of her, of course she gave us great service, her name was Lashaun, S.

Ms. Lashaun S. was very customer friendl. not only help us in making our choice of food but also gave us some tips around the area as tourists. She went above and beyond her call of duty. she also kept checking everyone aside from our server about if we were okay. Very commendable.

Take a good look at the food, would you expect a $300+ tab? As a chef I didn't either. I guess your paying for the name more than anything else which was worth it. Flavors were good.,you can tell the food comes from Sysco forsure, but when feeding the masses you kind of have to order in bulk from those purveyors so no big deal., the price in my opinion was steep for a certain demographic, If you eat here just be ready to pay entree prices for appetizers and catering prices for the entrees . Overall great drinks , professional staff, honest review coming from a personal friend of the chef.

Food was great: butter lettuce salad and shrimp pasta. Beautiful space and decor. Brand new restaurant!

I'm a New Orleans local and was finally able to visit this place. First and foremost the restaurant is a VIBE. It's a beautifully curated space with modern charm and a touch of old school NOLA flare. It has a bit of a speakeasy/roaring 20's vibe. My wife and cocktails were really good. I got the EB old fashioned and she got the French 75. We didn't get large entrees as we were just nibbling and testing out the menu. However, what we did get was delicious! We ordered the crawfish pasta, baked Brie, and gumbo. All three were very good and flavorful. The baked Brie is served on a bed of savory seasoned sweet potatoes. The flavors were good, but the combination of the Brie, sweet potatoes, and toasted baguettes were too heavy for my liking. The crawfish pasta hands down was awesome (even though it's a small plate it can almost suffice as it's own meal for those who don't eat heavy) and the gumbo was very flavorful with a little bit of a spice to it. As a local this was very good. We ordered the bread pudding for dessert and it was good, but not the best. I've definitely had some better bread puddings. However, this one had all the essential elements one would want in a bread pudding. Overall, our meal and service was very good and looking forward to coming back to try more entrees. Our server Titiyana was very nice in addition to hostess Lashaun who helped to walk us through the menu with their suggestions.

I was very disappointed with the food. The Waitress was nice, but due to the low quality of food I would never return or recommend.

Lashaun S is the real MVP at the restaurant! Super attentive, crazy helpful, and always greets you with a friendly vibe. This person's commitment to making your dining experience top-notch is seriously impressive. Big shoutout to Lashaun!

The main things you look for in a restaurant are the food and the service and both of those were excellent here. Our server, Ari, was knowledgeable and very helpful in navigating the menu. The food was delicious and my husband even said the pasta was his favorite thing he ate from our whole trip.

Absolutely agree with most of the 1 star comments here . Went with a lot of expectation . The entire staff at this location have no clue what customer service is . Stood there waiting for someone to come and seat us for almost 5 mins even though the staff of the entire restaurant saw us waiting . No smile , no acknowledgment. After 5 mins a staff comes , looked absolutely annoyed that we were even there .No smile , no greeting , just tells us “ follow me “ .We go to this stupid table seated so close to other tables when the entire restaurant has tons of other tables . Asked her if they could atleast move the table a little . She said if we could move it ourself ! I had had it by then .New Orleans is a very warm place with amazing people . This was some how a hub of rotten attitude staff with no manners , forget customer service .Walked out right away . I didn’t want to give a single penny to a business like . The chef better check on this restaurants before the entire reputation goes away !Horrible place

This place was Amazing! I had the French onion soup, followed by the lobster pot pie, my wife ordered the fillet and I must say it was so Emeril like! Our server was Kaydra and she was very sweet and very helpful with the menu! If you want a great atmosphere, food and great service visit Emerils Brasserie and ask for Kaydra! We already can't want to be back in NOLA to visit Emerils Brasserie again!

This place is located in Caesars Casino, and apparently it recently opened. The service was spotty, they didn't have many of the wines on their list, the food menu is limited, and the wait staff were not very familiar with the details of their offerings. I expected much more from an Emeril's signature restaurant in the city where he made his name in the culinary business.

Stopped in last night and we loved it here. Our meals were simple but so satisfying. Our server was Ariana and she took great care of us. For my meal she recommended the Lobster Pot Pie and I'm so thankful she did. It was absolutely delicious and unlike any pot pie I have ever had. I also ordered an expresso martini; perfectly made and I was able to enjoy throughout my entire main course. Compliments to the bartender! Really wish I hadn't come on such a full stomach I would have ordered more! We will be back for sure.

Kaydra our server was amazing. Not to mention all the managers checking in on us to make sure all was well and we didn't need anything. My wife had two rounds of the crab claws and I enjoyed the French onion soup as apps. For dinner my wife had the lobster pot pie and I had the shrimp with pasta but added crawfish tails which was great.
