the streets are completely flooded. Severe weather shutting down Nola offices and the owner finds a way to deliver a scheduled company lunch under these conditions. I’ve never spoken to anyone under this circumstance to have such an awesome and polite personality! Will absolutely be recommending him for future orders. You can count on him to make it happen

Decent sandwiches and wraps (either on their menu or build your own) for takeout which I can appreciate in a pinch in the CBD

This place is a complete scam / tourist trap. $22 DOLLARS FOR A GRILLED CHEESE. No side either, just the sandwich. Absolutely absurd. The four seasons wouldn’t cost that much, idk who these 4 scrubs think they are selling food for that price.

Empire State Deli has food that is popular in NYC. I had their bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. Their bagels are brought in from NY. It was unlike sandwiches in NY. I did not get to try their deli meat sandwiches which are made with Boars Head. The decor in the restaurant is pretty cool. Staff are super cool, polite, outgoing, accommodating and helpful.

Saddest Ruben I have ever had. Hate to leave bad reviews but dam that sandwich had so little corn beef on it. The hot dog for 7.99 was as small as it gets. You would think you are getting at least a 1/4 pound hot dog for that price but nope. Can't speak to the other items but definitely a hard pass for me.

My wife and I were initially disappointed they were no longer serving breakfast (we came in at 10:30), but the staff offered to make us breakfast anyway. Outstanding breakfast sandwiches and a great selection. We'll be back!

I do not recommend. I asked for extra meat on a salad and there was hardly any at all, and I'm not a big eater. only two small slices of avocado and the bacon was over cooked- nearly black. They claim to use Boar's Head meats, which is decent lunch meat for the most part, but what I got didn't seem to to be the Boar's Head that I've purchased for myself in the past, it seemed more like cheap Walmart deli meat packed full of chemicals. It said shredded chicken for the salad, but it was actually just shredded sandwich lunch meat. The bathroom was horrific. Fairly dirty, and giant trash can directly in front of the toilet, so if you're not petite, you won't even be able to use the toilet, period. No toilet seat covers either, felt like I spent 5 minutes just carefully placing TP on the seat just to make it sanitary enough to use. If you're a visitor to New Orleans, do not waste your time here, you will not get any ambiance or culture experience.

Group of us went on break. I split a chicken parm with a buddy that was good. Everyone else said they enjoyed their sandwiches but they were all expensive. YMMV
