I like their breakfast sandwiches. But I have one question?? the servers that fix the sandwiches,,,, why they don't wear Uniform Shirts. Its nasty for them to wear T-shirts when serving food.. THE customers can see the HAIR under their Arms and have the nerve to have a ATTITUDE when asking a question...

Upon my daily commute to my new position in New Orleans' tallest building, I decided to get out of my normal expensive habit of being a certain big chain brew coffee zombie. I have for a long time enjoyed the very little options that are in the area of my commute. When suddenly I felt the pressure to try something new and exciting. I mean, we just moved into this new building and I just wanted to experience something new to take the dead away from me. I was excited when I noticed this little coffee spot inside this building located right on the corner near one of the entrances. I decided to give it a shot. Usually I order a iced blonde vanilla latte, but being that this is a smaller different buissness, I ordered a regular iced coffee with a shot of vanilla and a double shot of espresso to my joy. Well it seems like something simple right? ....WRONG!!! The first issue came as soon as I ordered. The lady in the front was being very condescending which should have been the first clue that I should have taken my money elsewhere. Then it seemed like it took a eternity to make something simple. For a moment I thought the barista must of traveled to the hills of Sweden, over the hills of Scandinavia and into the Alps just to get the processed vanilla syrup. At this point I was just ready to get my coffee and leave, but I still had to face the Monster that controlled the register. My usual pleasure usually goes a long way for the price, not here I assure you. Once I paided and tasted this coffee, which seemed to be the same cost of a goblet made of silver, I was hit with a super rush so hard that it cut the life span out of me. I am almost sure I will suffer from diabetes in the future just from that one sip. For a moment I thought maybe it's just the first sip but noooo...Nope! WRONG! again..they must of put half of the Domino sugar bag in this drink. Sad to say I couldn't even enjoy it. I threw it in the trashas soon as I made it to the escalator. It was a waste of my money . I should just spend my hard earned pennies and gone to the next building (Pan Am) to feed the corporate monster who at least would have gave me better service and a hell of alot better coffee.

I went past this spot in One Shell Square several times and noticed people in there grabbing coffee in the morning, so I figured I would try it out. I got the large frozen coffee with sugar free vanilla and asked several times for no sugar. The price was a bit high but I figured every now and then it wouldn't be bad. I went back to work and upon returning to my desk to drink my frozen coffee, I realize it's loaded with sugar despite asking 3 to 4 times for no sugar added. Sad to say I'll have to start bringing my own coffee!
