Incredibly pleasant - friendly and tasty and beautiful atmosphere and relaxing music at an ideal volume ... It's so simply beautiful I'm surprised other coffee shops don't do this.

Evolve has amazing matcha and coffee, I personally get the matcha and you can tell it's high quality (and never tastes bitter). They also have seasonal specialty drinks. I love the sausage biscuit and muffins too. Plenty of seating, outlets, and good wifi.

A really clean and un-pretentious vibe with a boastful menu. The selection is great and the seasonals are even better. Premium roast from Mojo, a local roaster, is used. I usually do a hot americano however I went with the seasonal choice of the London Glow Matcha Latte iced. I can do this all year long!

My partner and I actually really enjoyed coming to this establishment, until we had experience that left us very unhappy. We order the same drinks every time we go, a honey lavender ice latte and a cold foam cold brew, unsweetened. The cold brew was made sweet. The barista at the register apparently forgot to add “unsweetened”, when she asked the barista making the coffee she said yes, as if it was not noted in the order - cool. Another coffee was made and this time extra whole milk was added to the drink. My partner cannot handle big amounts of whole milk, though we are aware that the foam contains dairy, a splash does less harm to her stomach vs. an entire half of cup of whole milk. Again, we returned the coffee and explained our issue and the barista’s did not take any accountability for their mistake, and instead asked us to pay for another black coffee. After sharing our experience via social media, their social media representative responded and again - did not hold themselves accountable for their mistake instead insulted my partner as if she doesn’t know what dairy is. Later had all of their employees looking through social page, which we assume was to report our post. My advice is to learn how to hold your employees accountable for their mistakes, and ensure to practice better customer support in situations like that. All we wanted was for them to apologize for the mistake. You lost two very loyal customers.

The service, space, and beverages are all very good. But the wifi is terrible. Last time I went, I waited a full hour for their wifi to work. The baristas kept assuring that the problem was temporary and the wifi would come back on, but it never did. I couldn’t wait any longer to do work, so I had to leave. Reliable internet is pretty standard at cafes now, so it’s surprising they can’t get it together. Might be time for them “evolve” their wifi plan lol. I would recommend this place if you’re just hanging out, but I would not recommend if you’re trying to do work.

Hannah is the best!! She's polite, engaging and makes the best frozen mocha latte!! I usually get a cinnamon roll as well and they are delicious. My favorite day of the week is Thursday, that's when I treat myself to Evolve, keep up the good work.

Great coffee, great service, and a beautiful, calm atmosphere. I truly think it’s sad that this coffee shop is being harassed by the locals who live here over street parking… The four car driveway isn’t enough?? So sorry that we peons have to park on the street and inconvenience you with our poor people cars and poor people clothes lmao.

Parking: Don’t let the neighbors tell you that you cannot park in public space!! Screw them.
