My family really likes this place. I enjoy the hot Thai milk tea... I have ordered it many times. BUT you need to figure out how to serve it SAFELY and in a cup that doesn't leak. I know most folks don't order hot drinks in New Orleans, but your hot drink cups are messy and dangerous. They leak. Today, I burned my hand on a Thai milk tea that was too hot to hold as I was getting into my car. I had no choice but to chuck the full cup of milk tea into the passenger side to keep from blistering my hand. I let the teenage staff know, but the person who buys the cups and the lids needs to know. You all have to fix this.

Milk tea was ok. Staffs were unprofessional. I stood in front of the cashier for more than 5 min, and all three (or maybe four) staffs just crowded around the machines while no one came to check it I needed to order anything. They glanced at me, but just kept giggling and chatting after that. I was very confused and even thought they might only took online orders.

My boyfriend and I tried the dirty boba, it was amazing and well priced. We enjoyed the atmosphere and super cute decorations. However when my boyfriend asked what their most popular flavor was one employee laughed in his face without replying, leaving the other very nice lady working having to answer. The boba was so good that we disregarded this and went a second time, but the same employee then burped in my face as she was handing me my order?. The drinks are great, the customer service not so much.
Stopped by to cool off from the heat and hade a fantastic fruit tea with watermelon which was a perfect summer drink.
My girlfriend and I stayed a while and played some of the available board games to dodge the heat for a while.
