Lots of history here and just really good vibes. Even if you don’t want an order to go, you will go to the counter. They will take your order and bring it out once you have a table. I didn’t come on Monday so I missed the red beans and rice, but more the reason to come back. Hamburger steak was good and the potato salad is next level. I ate here for the first time with my parents and got a catfish plate w/ fries and a Caesar salad. Everything was delicious, the staff was lovely, I also grabbed a Creole cheesecake to go. Thanks, yall!!
