Came here on a whim our first night in New Orleans because I saw they had 4.8 stars. Was not disappointed! This place was great, had a beer and literally the best roast beef sandwich I've had in my life. (And I do love a good sandwich) just really good simple food. Done incredibly well, bartender was friendly and chill, the place was very relaxed vibes. Definitely coming back in this week to try some other dishes.

Not only was the food here off the chain good, but from the moment we walked in Chad took amazing care of us! He was so much fun to chat with and helped us with menu recommendations, even though you can’t go wrong with anything here. The po boy & étouffée were easily the best we’ve had in New Orleans throughout our vacation here. Do yourself a favor and come spend some time here!

What a find! Go in and look at the menu. Bartender says “try this”…loaded roast beef poboy. And you know what? Nailed it! Yes you forgot our chips but that sandwich was so good I’ll overlook it.

We stayed in NOLA over the weekend and lucky for us we found chad & the filling station on day 1! their crawfish étouffée was one of the best things we ate on the trip (might just be the best in town). the seafood gumbo and boudin egg rolls were also top notch. the music & atmosphere have the best vibe and you’ll be well taken care of! thank you to our favorite bartender, Chad!!

Chad is the best. He was on pint with everything, I needed. And the food was perfection. I ordered the chicken wings and they were perfect. Also the music and the vibe was great.
This place had AMAZING wings! It was a little busy but definitely worth the wait. Chad is hands down the best bar tender we had while visiting NOLA- I will definitely be back!!

How dare that ONE person leave a low score! We went on a slightly busy night and Chad was AMAZING. High energy and great conversation. If there is a wait for the food, just chill with chad and you will be entertained. Now for the food.. BUSSIN! The wings were cris-pay and you won’t regret the egg rolls if you like pork.

Listen to me! Just go to this place. It's a little bit confusing because this place has 3 names, different owners or something. But the food is AMAZING ???! 100% recommend. Chad, the bartender, is awesome too. Vibe 10/10.Order the gumbo or their new dish, the jambalaya pasta. Sooo good! The food comes in cups, but trust their process. It's worth it!
